This used to be a florist shop in the early 1980s. Then it became a bookshop. Delightful small shop for book lovers.

Endless collection of books. Just ask! Cheaper than other joints, and the uncle selling it is very nice also.

Lovely old world store. The store keeper is a joy to engage with and has tremendous knowledge of books in general. Worth a visit.

Small but very nice bookstore in Janpath Lane. The owner is a nice person. He does not just sell books but he also reads. He knows what he sells. You can ask him for recommendations if you do not know what to read. When I visited, he gave me 20% discount for all books I purchased. I will definitely come here again when I travel to Delhi.

This book stall is worth a visit for any book lover in Delhi. It has a small, yet formidable collection. There are few other roadside book vendors located nearby. Dont give it a miss.

Whooo!What a design to follow! Also liked the discount the seller offers yet cant be compared to the online bookshops of India offer. But roaming around the books and buying it gives you an unparalleled feeling.The seller bhai here knows a very good gesture. Moreover you know that your budget for shopping (for anything) is not going in VAIN. You are showing respect to his feeling for BOOKS.But he should rename the bookstore. It is quite irrelevant!

Salim has read all the books at his store and you have a live book critic as you browse through. He suggested a few other books of my favorite authors. His ouevre ranges from books on food, history, journalism, poetry and pure unadulterated fiction:).. The small stall packs quite a punch. Please visit!
