No Geysers in bath room .Hot water not available in bathroom .No cleanliness in bathrooms is maintained ,after check out by personsDelayed room service.TV /set up box are not maintained ,u have to complain /phone to install set up box .

No wifi, no other facilities, no toiletries, no dental kit, 4 guest in a room only one towel was kept in bathroom.. Earlier it was good experience.

Hey i was stay with my family. guys trust me i saw my bad reviews in go ibibo n make my trip. but believe me it is a good n nice hotel. eveything was awesome. n i dont know about ac n tv because i didnt turned on. but it was a nice stay and quality time spend place. thank you. it is very near to adarsh nagar metro station.

It is a good place to stay and experience the city life in Delhi. Besides being well maintained and well connected to all modes of travels, it offers quality food and commendable services. Further the staff is cooperative and rooms are big, airy and clean.There is good backup facility with internet connectivity and is not costly too.

It is good hotel to stay near metro station....

The reception staff is rude and unprofessional. They have no clue about client handling and are simple process following puppets. A group of 3 girls who had travelled all the way from Gurgaon with luggsge for their booking were rudely refused a checkin at 8pm and forced to leave and make new bookings from scratch. They didnt even try to help us out. No follow up at 12noon that is check in time. Nobody for grievance redressal. Highly condescending and unprofessional. Very very disappointing.

I would like to make my review in 2 points. Firstly the hotel is a decent one. Clean and tidy rooms with an AC , freezer and locker facility . Comfortable for family and i would surely recommend it to anyone who is searching for a hotel in and around adarsh nagar. I booked a classic 2X room for 3 guests. While i was booking, i was assured that i would be provided an extra mattress for triple booking occupancy. But the hotel didnt have any such policy of providing an extra mattress. Eventually, i had to pay Rs. 500 extra in the reception and upgrade my room to Deluxe 3X.

Staff is very good. also the behaviour of the receptionist is too friendly. they provided very fast services. this was the awesome trip for us. next time i definitely stay in ur hotel. thnx to all of uhh mam.

The location is good: walking distance from Adarsh Nagar metro station. The hotel staff is Not so friendly and welcoming. The ambience of room is okay but beware of mosquitos, as hotel does not provide mosquito repellent. Water bottle is not provided. Youll have to ask for tea and milk sachets. Overall experience was okay.

Thoughtful staff, who are ready to take feedbacks and work on making the services even better! Hotel industry is all about hospitality, and the staff of kailash dev are pretty good at it. Would always like to book them - whenever I need an OYO in Delhi Region 3 cheers to their approach towards customers.

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is the hotel staff ( excluding the receptionist ) were good. Otherwise I wouldnt have even given 1 star. My experience over the 3 days we stayed there :1. We reached at night and were welcomed by dirty linen and lesser number of towels as compared to guests. When we asked for the bedsheet to be changed , we were told that they need not be changed !!!! The person who came made such a horrible face !!!!2. If we would order food or something to drink , it would come after 1 to 1.5 hours. On one occasion , they took 3 hours and still didnt give the lemon soda !!!when we requested for a cancellation of order they said we cant cz they themselves had ordered it from a kitchen outside the hotel !!To top that , the food is so expensive ! They charged us 8k for approx 15 paranthas , 25 cups of tea, 10 pieces of toast !And yes , they dont give you a bill along with the food they give for room service , so no proof !!!3. One of the receptionists was so rude , he made us feel as if they were doing a favour for letting us stay there ..He actually caused a fight between us family members by saying wrong things about 2 or 3 of us to the other members. The groom actually fought with his family on the day of the wedding !! I personally requested that receptionist to speak politely as I was speaking to him politely but he was ultra rude.I wish I could personally meet the manager and tell him all this. I normally dont write any negative reviews but this time it was the most horrible experience I could ever have.Never will I visit that hotel again and never would I advise anyone to go there.

0 stars pathetic hotel in customer service.The reception staff is rude and absolutely don’t know how to handle customers. I showed them my booking that breakfast was included but they said its not and refused to provide the little toast and tea that they provide in complimentary breakfast, which is actually very stupid as it led me to write this review and obviously i will never stay in this hotel again. So thanks unprofessional hotel staff for opening my eyes and hopefully others who read this review too.

Rooms are fine....But room service charges are too much. For a bottle of mineral water we have to pay 40 Rs + 6 Rs service charge. That too in a non-star rated hotel.

Wish there was an option for less than a star. Tops my worst stayed places list. No hygiene, no manners, no facilities. They make you feel like they did a favour by letting you stay. Though, I would not like to complain about the attendants as they try their best to save the hotel’s image..

Incorrect information provided in google map, the location provided in google map is not found. I searched for almost half an hour to reach kailash hotel. The hotel is near oyo dilli hotel. The Hotel and the rooms are nice, but the bathroom is average only.

Clean rooms, friendly staff expect the receptionist at night. Also, the AC in the room is controlled by the reception so expect it to be switched off automatically anytime happened with me. Overall decent place.
