Awful stay at this place and team OYO dropping the same note to everyone since past how many months. No rectifications were made other than making sure every customer is dropped behind with a note in Google reviews. Make things right OYO, dont just say it! Even better, close the property out if its not manageable. Worst stay ever in my life!

I made a blunder of putting up at this hotel. Its not a hotel its a fraud lodge. Please avoid this place as its run by only one staff. No food, No toiletries, No lifts. Just pathetic.

Worst hotel ever no lights, bad smell around,no water

Average. we had to ask to change the blanket n bedsheet as it was not changed. we asked for a pillow bt they gave us small cushion. lift not working. asked for RO water bt they said that they will give only 1 litre RO water, IF U NEED MORE U HV TO PURCHASE MINERAL WATER. u may hv to manage a little.

Dont opt this place. Cause neither they provide clean room nor they have backup electricity. During my stay at a sudden electricity gone and I was under dark for a couple of hour. Please dont opt this hotel.

From the beginning, there was a certain vibe about the place which wasnt too good. Lift wasnt working, no one offered to carry our bags as well to the 2nd floor. We were a given a room without prior information that it cant be locked from outside, and was told that nothing will happen.Had to specifically ask for water, towel and soap. All this was still functional but what majorly shook me was door being knocked by unknown person twice, once around 11pm (I call and confirmed with the reception, they denied this) and later at 2.45am. I was in deep sleep when this sudden knocking woke me up and couldnt open the door due to fear.I would have still given 3 stars rating if such incidents of knocking the door didnt happen, that too twice and by unknown persons. Would urge the hotel to check through CCTV.

Its close to the airport. good for staying to cut past your layover timings. I got a room For 350 INR.Air-conditioned room with spacious washrooms, however dont expect high sanitation of the property.

Very dirty property . Staff very rude . washrooms and linen very dirty . Rooms doesnt have keys .No sampoo and soap provided . Water provided very bad open RO bottles . Especially the hot water not working and wifi also . Shame on oyo shame

Nothing was like the way as it was mentionedThe receptionist filled the feed back form by it self by saying that they want some code or something from the app.This is disgraceful that if i am paying the amount then i should only fill thee feed back form and they want to fill my feed back form by themselves than why dont the pay for my stay.Just disgraceful and disgusting behaviour.In such circumstances i will never be booking any hotel by using oyo.

Its normal hotel, when I booked Room + hot water + room heater + clean hotel 🛏️ but when I am in there nothing is there bed covers also not cleaned, I feel not good this hotel, because of my baby I stay there and I paid already for hotel.My suggestion for everyone can see and choose your hotel pay that time this is better for everyone.

Please try to avid this hotel there is no escalators also room and bathrooms are not clean . And ha very imp bathroom mai water ko current pass hota hai . Very cheap and dirty hotel .

I booked room through Oyo , one of the worst hotel, whatever photo showed in Oyo app, its dead against. No maintenance, receptionist does not know how talk with customer.Avoid this Hotel.

Please try to avoid this hotel. No escalator, no geyser, no oyo kit. The evening shift guy told he can give hot water anytime, when I asked during early morning the next shift guy said hot water only available after 6 am. And behavior was so rude. One of the worst hotels ever been to.

This is a pretty shady place and the service I used too book this hotel had pictures that do not paint the reality. The gyser (water heater) did not work in the first room they put me in, that they resolved by changing my room. Both the initial room and the second room were not clean, the washroom were dirty, the health faucet in both the rooms 206-207 was half clogged. There were no pillow covers on the pillows in each room. The bed sheets were not clean and had stains. The door lock was loose and would not have held off someone pushed from outside with a little bit of force. The top of the side tables in either side of the bed was not flat but was slanting, making it hard to keep anything on top of that. The in house restaurant is literally a joke do not order anything from there. The floor in the entire hotel had not been sweeped or mopped in days.They claim on Oyo website that they provide room heater, but they do not.I would not recommend this to anyone. The true value of this rooms one night stay should be less than 500 rupees per night.

It was worst place to live in. Room was full of cockroaches . Hotel doesnt even come under third class categorie. Rude staff. No towels or toiletries.I personally suggest you to not to opt for this hotel... Dont get mislead with hotel pictures. Dey dont look like it at all. Flush never works..

Such a 3rd class Hotel and hotel Denied Entry while check-in. Please dont go with Pics here, their Lift is not working, their AC is not working, they will not assist you to climb 3 story building and their lights are v. dim.I have lost my money and had to go to another hotel. Such a Bad experience and fraud Goibibo & Oyo.

The hotel Property is on the National Highway itself. It also has its own parking area for more than 6-7 vehicles

The room was Moderately good for the price. The staff was courteous. They had a little issue with their phone connection lines but overall it was a good bet for the price. No negative remarks .

Worst experience ever , damn pathetic condition of bathroom that we can literally see BLACK WORMS CRAWLING on the floor , the pot commod was not less than a gutter , we thought what worse can happen but it did I got 3 times Electric Shock from the hot tap water and basin tap water as well . Moreover , NO DUSTBIN was provided though we asked for it several times . Lift NOT WORKING plus our room was on 3rd floor . Bed sheet was not washed ,there were so many STAINS all over the bed and pillow .

1 😭Receptionist took a lot of time in check inAnother reason being No internet service was available in the room provided to us, when asked they said not functioning today.Room was okayRoom service was late and app couldnt provide me room service on continuous taps for room service.We asked for breakfast and had a satisfactory call with receptionist but no food and person to serve was available in the dining area, just bread and bread were kept in a corner with a toaster, we kept on waiting for someone to serve us and got late too but no one came and we left without having breakfast.I wont look forward to book an OYO in Delhi soon again.

Good hotel, excellent service, good breakfast.. Also, with in budget compared to other hotels in this area. The ambience is very good. The location is very good.. Very near to Aerocity metro station, so one can walk to the aerocity metro station and take airport express to International airport..

Plz dont visit this hotel. First time i visited delhi in dec month i check-in this hotel (wow inn). They are alloted me room in 3rd floor an charged 1800₹ per 1 person, really guys worst experience their is no proper room service ,lift not working,AC not working ,geyser also working,water leakage in toilet , I given complaint to hotel guys. They are tolding me unnecessary reasons. So plzzz choose another hotel waste of money.

1. it took 30 minutes to check in, even if I arrived post check in time, the room should have been ready beforehand.2. the bed made a lot of noice and wasnt comfortable.3. room service is courteous4.food quality was good.

I booked this hotel for Jan 30-31,due to change in flight time I landed Delhi by 31 Jan 2am ,I informed the same to hotel on 30jan and confirmed the room availability, but when I reach hotel at 2am the person in the reception simply said sorry no rooms are available after I shouted he said he will arrange room in another hotel since I am tired and dont have option because I already paid the room charges. he took me in to one hotel which is located in near by narrow streets there also no rooms again he took me some other hotel which even more inside and very narrow streets and finally I got room for my 5hr sleeping. after checking when I saw the room the room was dirty, no towel, bathroom tap without cap,phone not working, table full of dust, no plug point otherthan tv point, already used dustbin, no cupboards for my luggages, that 5hrs stay in that room was totally spoiled my next-day plan.. myself forcely vacated the room in the morning... the hotel attitudes is worst, how can he say no rooms for me after I paid and get confirmation from hotel.. its purely cheating.. very worst hotel dont book this hotel they will not treat u as a customer

When we entered with luggage no body was interested to take the luggage....they have said that they do not know the rules of complementry and check out within 4to 5 hrs after after check out time 11am.they demanded 1/2 day amount....they were clear in this regard.we were told at oyo customer care that if we check out between 5to6pm ,we have to pay 30%of single day provided room availabilty,they said we do not follow any oyo instructions,when we ordered for dinner,bowls tray plates were dirty...we returned the bowls plates tray and asked to bring fresh one,,,they took more than 10 minutes while we were ready to eat the food..for that we had to remind them.towel was red spotted in many places....bin was also dirty,flush linked tube was leaking,,,,there were bad smell in dal makhani,,we did not eat the food...we were three person,me my wife my son,,,they charged rs 680 for dal makhani.dal tadka and 8tawa roti...it was high costing and food was not good...we had the break fast next morning in the restaurant of hotel waves...which is little expensive but value for moneyi told at customer care that they should inspect this hotel and should cancel its tie up..customers book online hotel on behalf of reputation of oyo...i totally reject to stay at this hotel....here is wastage of money of disturbing the peace of mind...

So I went to the hotel little early around 8:30 am and was sitting in the lobby as I thought check-in time is 12 PM. Theres this one of the gentleman Gaurav, working on reception who approches me and asks if I need some assistance. I tod the guy that i have come early and waiting for chek-in. This guy called me on desk and did all the formalities for check-in and asked to to have breakfast while he gets room ready, the breakfast buffet was amazing and worth the price I paid.
