Location is wrong i reached at midnight and searching for hotel for 40 min and couldnt find it, turned out this hotel is just a scam, it was closed 1 year ago but booking is still open to scam everyone.

I used to staying at this hotel during my study in India, and always asked a friend to reserve a room. My last traveling to india was 2017 which was tourist kind of traveling, same way asked my friends to reserve a room for me but he forgot it unfortunately. In very earlymorning i arrived to this hotel, but i found my self unwelcome, the desk said that there is no empty room at all despite i checked last night for availability and there were rooms avaliable, but i already told my friend to reserve my room while his job was very close to the hotel. The strange thing happened when i said iam an old customer and frequently visited with my friends and family when I was student then he told me rooms un available without dough, again i asked please check for availability because this hotel is good for my works these few days in karol bagha, i noticed he changed his attitude and asked are you here for business?!What the hell! is this making changes if i stay for business? Is that offering me a room? I was same person. tierd after a long travel i said no and without asking for room again i left and went to othet hotel few alleys down the road.

Stayed here for few days. Rooms and hotel location are good. It is located in the Karol Bagh market. But the only thing that I disliked is the cash payment only option. There is no other alternative to pay this hotel but the cash only. And other thing is not a printed invoice but the hand written one is given here which seems a bit awkward when the hotel is good and tariff is also high.

The location is good. The check in counter staff is amazingly helpful, but there was some construction noise till 1am each night and attempting to sleep till the work stopped was impossible. Also the linen had stains and spots and while they changed the towels, the entire linen used in the hotel in my stay needs to be discarded and new ones bought immediately

Located in heart of Delhi, Karol Bagh., Walkable from Karolbagh Metro station. Opp to the lane of Punjabi sweets. Not much comfortable , but decent. They need to take care of room service and the cleanliness in and around. Since it is near to market, you have lots of options of local street food.

The service quick as possible and the food was also nice though in decent price.

More than what i have expected, also got a great deal on goibibo, room was clean washroom was clean, soft mattress, clean bath towel but could be of better quality, location is good, Mr Receptionist was very very helpful,, overall i loved my stay and would like to stay again there and its totally recommendable 💕👍👍👍👍

The person is good. All of a sudden we were shifted to another worst hotel as this had some pre booking guests. Worst thing is that Early morning at 6.00 they made this to us.

My friends coming to meet me, and the Manager says there will be more charges from my friends to stay and meet me. They allowed 30 mins for my friends. Definitely not recomended. Hotel pics are also misleading.

Rooms are not clean to be honest nothing is clean in this hotel. Breakfast is good. No ventilation or good views.

Located just off the main shopping street in karol bagh and around a 10min walk to the karol bagh metro station. The room has a nice wall of pictures just behind the bed which gives it a good look. The room was clean and neat.. bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, AC was working fine, TV was working fine and had all major channels.. room service was courteous and prompt.. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was nice... Simple but nice. For the free breakfast i ordered puri bhaji but it lacked some seasoning. Overall, i would recommend this place if u are in delhi for a short stay

Worse experience. at 10 degree cold in room hot water for bath was not available.

I had booked three night stay at this hotel , however I had to cancel the next two days booking after checking in because of the pathetic state of hotel. Smell of alcohol and cigarettes everywhere and room condition is really bad. Washroom was not clean and paint on room wall was coming out and it felt like an old lodge near station. Really bad expert.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city. The service provided by the hotel is not great considering the money they bill from the customers. The complimentary breakfast the hotel offers is of average quality....needs improvement

Had to ask for each and every item which should be there in the room already like blankets and towels and also the refrigerator was not installed.Also my friends came to visit me and they only allowed them for 15-20 mins and they said they would not allow them to stay any longer than that for free

Dirty rooms.we got a double room with dirty bed sheet.we called to reception and they changed the bedsheet, its seems like old one.bathroom had bad smell aswel.

It is well located if you are not shocking, it is safe and to spend one or two days is fine, it is in accordance with the price.

Simple, nice hotel. I came there in the course of one of the notorious Delhi packages with hotel and train to other places. Relatively clean, shower only cold water, sanitary area run down. Breakfast buffet was not, because on that day apparently too few guests had booked breakfast, so breakfast in the room. Coffee instead of ordered tea, omelet with baked toast and a bowl with - extremely original - ketchup! Unfortunately that did not save the omelet. Inedible!Those who like markets, however, will be thrilled by the location, because it is located directly on the nightly biggest market in the city.I came to this hotel through one of the notorious Delhi packages. Not very clean but ok, sanitary section shabby with only cold water in the shower which provides so little water that you are forced to the bucket ... There was no breakfast buffet that day, but room service offered. Got Coffee instead of ordered tea, in omlet with bread for toast as a child of filling, and in a little side bowl - how inventive - ketchup! Could not redeem the omlet ... Simply inedible.If you like markets youll be in the middle of Delhis biggest market, which takes place every evening.
