The housekeeping staff and restaurant staff are very helpful. We had come to give exams. They made breakfast for us at 6am.Pleasant experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean, all the basic amenities are available in the room itself. The location of the Hotel is also very good.

Check in was fast, staff members are polite, location is good its just 10-15 walk from the malls.Rooms are not like that as seen in the pictures, overall an average stay for us.

Great location but very average hotelGreat locations in the heart of Saket, next to J block market & stones throw away from PVR and easy access to every part of Delhi.The AC of rooms is not controllable from rooms, just an On/Off switch. Very ineffective cooling during hot May days.If you are a family ask for a double bed (otherwise youll get twin beds combined), if you get a twin bed, which also looks like double bed (we realized it very late), it’s going to be difficult to sleep as the gap between mattresses tend to increase a lot during the stay and the bed becomes uncomfortable.Staff is very friendly, food is also tasty. Limited but parking also available.Overall a greatly located hotel with can be better rooms (for these tariffs).Hotel Palm Green in Saket is great for family stay / group travel. Courteous staffs are well versed in English & Punjabi. Prompt room service, very economical and absolute value for money. All rooms have attached bathroom, my room had sitting area with sofa set. Free Wi-Fi, The location is walking distance from Saket District Centre and best malls of Delhi =- Select Citywalk / DLF Place / MGF Metropolitan and metro station too!All in all best bang for my buck!!!

Great place to stay in new Delhi while on vacation or coming in for medical treatment at some of the finest hospitals in india. I have found the entire staff to be very polite and friendly. A safe, clean and friendly establishment. Highly recommend

This is really nice and clean place. It is close to Max hospital and one can walk. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Food is also awesome and tasty. All the staffs are friendly, and helpful. I want to thank the entire personal and particularly Mr. Gaurav Kumar. He is very nice person. He tried his best to serve the guest in a very well mannered. He provided the needed stuff immediately without any delay. If any advise was needed, he was open to answer the questions

The staff was good and cooperative. The room was also well set up. Services were also good. Overall it was a good experience.

The room was very small in size. I truly do not think it was value for money. The other thing that I missed so much was an electric water heater. Being so cold this year in Delhi it was a necessity.

All together a nice stay and thesl staffs were very nice. Food could have been better. Rest a nice experience.

They have free WiFi. And I am using it to abuse them.But for the WiFi nothings good. An AC that can only be on or off. A bathroom thats not clean. Sheets and towels should have been replaced a century ago. Breakfast is Paranthas everyday. There is no restaurant here. Room service are third rate. And today the housekeeping folks forgot to close the door. It was open when I returned from work.

Experience was decent basic amenities were available for the price that they charged. But maintenance of the room wasnt top notch. Staff was polite and helpful. Room service was quite prompt.

One of the best place to stay if you are visiting saket, Delhi. Nice and clean rooms, freshly cooked homely type food, very co-operative and friendly staff, Mr. Manoj (manager) was very kind and helpful. Location just opposite of a market. Would recommend this for all.....

I simply like this place. a super comfy and hygienic place to stay preferably someone like me who is very particular on neatness and cleanness. I travel frequently to India and Delhi specifically and I happen to stay at Palm Greens so much I am attached to this place that my friends just make fun of me by saying that it is my second home !
