Below average hotel, not safe at all, wrost location, no lock in the room and washroom. Finally, if you are planning to get a room in this hotel, better stay at home.

Pure dishonest, unprofessional and wicked Management.The hotel Manager Sushil Pandey intentionally provided us 214 no room which has 3 beds hiding the fact that Its AC doesnt work . Later on after raising the issue he shifted us at 210 which is a small room having only two beds stating unavailability of other rooms. He agreed to deduct only 100 rupee for that. However, after 5 days of staying when we came to pay bill he totally denied about concession and claimed previous rate and also asked tax which he kept secret while checking in. Couldnt do anything rather than giving them this review.

Very shady place and not at all good for a family to stay...they dont even have room temperature mineral water. So its all waste of money to book here.

Very poor service. My request to everyone who read is to not to book in this hotel. It would be the worst experience on this earth
