Were living in generation where we can convey the information online. At least update over the Google that you guys are not working/ the branch is closed on working day also. People dont want to go outside in this pandemic situation but due to some emergency only theyre approaching you for the service and getting this kind of response.

Worst staff I had ever seen . The girl in specs who do the adhar update work is so pathetic always tell bring something new everytime I go there... I had been going there since 2 months n this girl always resist to do the work n always buttering on rich people to make more clients. SERIOUSLY WORST BANK I HAD EVER SEEN WITH PATHETIC STAFF SPECIALLY THAT LADY. P.s- dont waste your time if you want to update your adhar go some other place to save time , energy.

The services at this branch are very bad and staff in the branch is extremely lazy. Staff are unaware of the products and they can take multiple days to answer easy questions. Zero professionalism and bad service. Once they have you as a customer, they dont care about anything and even ignore calls.

Clearly one of the worst branches of Indusind bank. I went to get some info on how to open a current account. Everyone was there in the branch but they maintained so much of social distancing that they did not bother to ask why a customer was waiting for so long. Finally, after about 20 minutes one guy put me on to Vijay Piwal who was supposed to be handling current accounts. The guy was speaking to someone on the phone while at the same time doing something on his laptop. I waited for him to finish. Then suddenly after about 15 minutes, he was still looking at his laptop and started saying My ears are open, you can talk now - It took me some time to realize he was talking to me though he was looking at his laptop! The fellow did not have the courtesy to turn around and give a straight reply or ask what I wanted! The guy was talking through his freaking ears!I told this to the branch manager - was vigorously maintaining social distancing in his cabin. Again he was on another call whilst he tried to talk to me. He did not tell me how to put in a complaint about this guy but repeated the same dialogue like Sorry about this, we will make sure it does not happen again. Im pretty sure these guys are going to go back to the same thing again. One thing about this branch is that they do not respect their customers and think they are doing their customers a big favor by dealing with them. The poor branch manager was blissfully unaware about the nasty comments people leave about his branch.The motto for this branch appears to be - somebody else will do it. doesnt have to be me. Indusind bank - are you guys even listening? These guys dont even deserve the one star I have to give them because of Google.

Not a single employee knows their work. They just ask each other how to do this, how to do that and no one actually know. 5 minutes work at this branch will cost you an hour atleast. Staff there changes very frequently. Everytime I go there I see all new faces, but their customer service remains same i.e pathetic.

15 days passed account opening, no cheque book and debit card received, complained to customer service , they are also sleeping with complain....a big headache to open account in this bank

Been here on 7th june 2019 for updating phone no. Staff said its not working. When i asked what is the problem. He said website is down, i said i just checked its up then he said it will not happen today. Then i asked him since when & for how many days it will not work. He was not having answer and become irritated from my questions and he was quite loosing his temper as i was asking too much. Then he said nothing working. I asked him what error code it is showing, i said i am a software engineer and i can think off possibilities of getting it online or not. Then this guy said dont put ur engineering here. Then he said to visit other centre. It was all drama here... if some responsible person look after this feedback then please do improve your staff.

I am here for update my adhar today and I had very worst experience ever. The clerk sitting there is illiterate he doesnt know how to spell the numbers in English. Also his behavior towards the customers are very bad and arrogant. Please avoid this place and go to somewhere else because he doesnt know to read or spell and that may lead to wrong entry of your adhar details. So please dont waste precious.

Poor...worseFor adhaar enrollment center ...Avoid coming here and choose better other center than this ...if u want to save time and poor service ...Government centers are better than this ateast they treat everyone as per token and turn ...गरीब...बदतरआधार नामांकन केंद्र के लिए...यहां आने से बचें और इससे बेहतर कोई दूसरा केंद्र चुनें...अगर आप समय और खराब सर्विस बचाना चाहते हैं...सरकारी केंद्र तो इससे बेहतर हैं, कम से कम वो सबके साथ सांकेतिक और बारी का व्यवहार करते हैं...
