With just four people managing the facility, this branch is Indian Bank at its finest. The service is abysmal and they will drown you in processes, which is quite understandable. The sad part is their low level of responsibility towards educating customers about the processes, and after everything the customer is always wrong, and they are doing us a favour by doing what other banks do as typical day-to-day processes.

Good bank with all facilities and cool staff. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Less crowded and can do banking activities with less time. Location is too close to main road. No parking tension. Good for a quick banking work. Recommended for the good banking and quicker than other government banks. Overall liked the branch and thums up for the services offered.

Indian Bank Katwaria Sarai, DelhiOnly the Branch manager everyone else was so helpful n cooperative...My worst experience ever. I need urgent money to withdraw for urgent work. They want the check to withdraw except that they cant give me my money which I save for my bad times...I mean hell lot of tensions headache...For everything you need fill form.. Bank saying they can give me my money when I asked them... I need to inform them prior and for my money I need their approval..If they wish or allow I can take out my money for me which I saved... They only have to do good customer service...While they got call from some so called high profile person they need to keep money for him and those who walk-in they cant help them... What the hell guys...grow up
