Good cake but I thought the message they asked for would be put on the cake but instead sent on a paper which was irrelevant and also it didnt replicate to what was shown on the website. Else the taste of the cake was really good. We all enjoyed it.

Do yourself a favor -- NEVER order from Winni. My first and hopefully last time I will use this service. They messed up order and caused me major embarrassment. Whats worse was that their customer service person kept the phone on my face.Whats even worse is that their delivery guy fumbled the delivery, came late, the cake was drenched, not to mention there was NO name on the cake. Something I remember putting in the section that asks for it. The customer service guy tried convincing me that I didnt do that because apparently he felt I was an uneducated, unaware person. Never have I felt so embarrassed and frustrated because of this farce of a service.

I have used the service a couple of times including personalised gifts twice and the outcome has been awesome. Yesterday i ordered something for my daughter on her birthday and she was very happy to see the quality and so was I. The service and product made my day and all the more because my 16 year old daughter loved it.

Winni is the worst flower delivery service and has terrible customer service.I ordered a flower and cake delivery and they delivered only the cake and sent me an email that the order is completed.I tried to call them but the number was engaged and after trying a number of times the phone finally rang but no one picked up. So I tried their chat system. After waiting in queue for about 2 hours I finally go through to someone and after explaining on the chat the issue they said I should call the office. I told the lady in the chat that I tried a lot earlier and I couldnt get through. They just disconnected the chat.I tried emailing them and they came back saying a some deliveries were late so they will deliver the next day.I wrote back saying that we received the cake but not the flowers and they sent me a generic email saying I could reschedule the delivery or get a credit back with winni wallet. I requested delivery of the flowers and I got the same generic reply again to which I requested delivery again and they have sent me the same generic email again inspite of me asking for a flower delivery . They charged me Rs3500 for the flowers and delivered only the cake worth rs650. This is the worst service and I am so disappointed with them. They dont even deserve a star

I have been delivered cakes, flowers and teddy bear which are of low quality and not even matching to the given description. Cake quality is extremely bad, seems been taken from local shop. I am extremely disappointing. Not acceptable and recommendable..

The worst service ever. I ordered a cake and a boquet for my sister out of which the the bouquet didnot get delivered. Nor was my money. The customer care service is horrible. Even the cake was of poor quality. But the delivery person was very cooperative. Rest nothing is good about winni.

Horrible service. Selected 2 hours delivery option, customer care numbers are invalid, the delivery was never made and received a message later saying that it has been delivered. No contact of delivery executive, no response from live support and all numbers provided for contact are invalid. Dont waste your money here.

2nd time ordered n it was a big mess. Excepted midnight delivery given the charges of midnight delivery but not delived. Till now. I dont know y I ordered with u... No smiles at all. N support no. Is on hold from last half an hour. No live chat reply y u have option which do dont wanna reply on

I got a Message around 5:30 that I received the order and I Picked it up by 6:45. Delivery guy said he got the order late from vendor. He did not showed up till 6:30 and when he called he said he is 5 minutes away from the location but after waiting half an hour he said he is standing at the location which is 3km away from my designated place. I went there and I picked it up by myself.I PAID 50 BUCKS FOR CANDLE AND IT WAS NOT THERE, AND THE CAKE I RECEIVED IT WAS WORTH 150 AND I PAID 799 ,I mean do you guys have any idea that you spoiled my anniversary.TJUST SPOILED THE ENTIRE SURPRISE AND ANNIVERSARY OF MINEthere is huge difference between the cake you guys showed me on the website and I order and the cake which I received.There was only whipped cream in the cake, entire cake was different.THEY ASKING TO REFUND ME 50RS ONLY, they Said picture of the cakes are edited one so that is why there is difference between the pictured cake and original one. They dont have any decency.no professionalism and they dont have REFUND policy. Spoiled my Day.so I wasted my 1048rs in a Gutter

Almost a month since I ordered and not once have they updated me from their end or called to inform the delay of the reason or anything at all. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST.EDIT: CONTACTED ON THE EMAIL ID PROVIDED BY THEM AFTER POSTING THE INITIAL REVIEW. STILL NO UPDATE AND IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND NO UPDATE.THIS SITE IS JUST A SCAM, AVOID IT!Not at all serious about delivering the product on the promised date even though it is a gift and timely delivery is the most important required. Customer care is extremely useless and only send the same reply as if they are bots (they are not). Never using it, especially the online service.

I was very happy to know that i can order from mumbai for delivery to akola....and the quality of items made reciever so happy that i can feel that happiness here....it is very good...and service is also quick.

It was my parents anniversary and i had ordered a heart shape cake (specifically mentioned), but a round cake was delivered. This is the second time Winni has messed up with my orders in last 2months.Even last time (June 2019) one of the customer care executives called to ask about the feedback but was very reluctant to accept their mistake. And was continuously trying to argue rather than accepting the fault.You guys should be careful and responsible for the orders you get.Twice in 2 months my orders are messed up!!!!

Bad experienc. Service is fine but product is not what I have paid for. I have placed bouquet of roses and white flowers, including butter scotch cake. But bouquete only had the red flowers there were no white flowers. Making fool of customers.

Convenient and pocket friendly with excellent customer service. I live in Cannda and I ordered a bouquet for my Uncle and aunt anniversary. I completely forget to pre order and did it on the same day but i would like to thank winni.in because they just delivered my token of love(bouquet) within 4-5 hours. I ordered one customized lamp and rakhi set from winni. We got the rakhi, but not the lamp. But it was shown as delivered. When I contacted them they said it is in transit. After a month they are not replying to mail now.paid rs.899 for the lamp. I am very much disappointed with the customer service and support .
