Mini Christmas Workshop was the first online workshop I attended.After that attended 2 days Christmas Workshop.I also purchased chefs handbook for Breads and Cookies.Purchased recorded session for Cupcakes and Muffins Course and alsoBooked for the upcoming on 7th Feb Valentines Day Mini Cupcakes workshop andComfort Bread Workshop on 6th and 7th February 2021.I have learnt a lot from these sessions. Most of my baking concepts are cleared.I have tried some of the recipes as well and they are very good.They explain the concept and techniques from scratch so that even a beginner can understand.Overall it was a great experience and looking forward to have more of such experiences in future.

Never go for this Truffle Nation they seems to be fraud. I reach out to them for their courses but this lady name Kriti is very aggressive and rude also unprofessional. She keeps arguing and has no idea or information about the courses. She simply said come down to my our institute however, whenever we fixed up a meeting they arent responding. Never waste your time on this kind of unprofessional institute what are they gonna teach you or guide with their poor behaviour.

I had taken the Dec 18 batch diploma course with truffle nation. The whole experience right from the counselling, admission and more importantly during the training was great. Truffle nation has very good and qualified chefs who take the pain to ensure each of the students get right knowledge during the hands on training. The choice of menu for training are very good..infact for every course they change it which is probably unique to this institute. The raw materials they use as well as the whole infrastructure is top notch. Good luck truffle Nation.
