Amazing bakery ! Great flavours .... Its the best patisserie ... Great delicacy and craftman ship by the great chefs... Love the pastries / cakes there... They taste better than the look... And they look really great... Though its over priced... Not an everyday place :(

I would give it a solid four stars as it is located in the Hyatt and meets the usual Hyatt standards. it is one of the hotel breakfast locations and is an informal place later in the day to eat. like one of the other reviewers pointed out it is basically an extension of the lobby so would not be viewed as “cozy” but would be a good place for a meeting and a bite.

The service was very nice but the pastry while looking beautiful was overly sweet, heavy and left a film in your mouth.

Ok. Let me tell u the truth. Actually the mood of here is not so good cuz its located at the aisle of Lobby. But it doesnt matter at all. THE DESSERT WAS AMAZING. The choux of éclair is truly lovely stiky!! The aroma and texture is exactly enough to let our toungues take a rest in India which is full of the smell and taste of masala. Its not the end. Fantastic meringue has dynamically erupting scent of Vanila beans and the luxurious sweetness. But the real masterpiece, ahh I mean masterpeace which brings peace and harmony to my mouth is the creme. I cannot expain it. Its just a kinda heavens. Just try it. Ahh one thing, do not forget the coffee which is perfectly deserved to be called Italian.
