I recently completed my 1 month long Non Veg Basic Indian Course from Cook And Bake Academy and also received my certificate for the same. I had an amazing experience attending this course and learnt a lot while making some wonderful dishes. Before attending this course, I used to cook for myself when I was in college but the way I used to cook was the very standard way in which Indian recipes are cooked in most Indian households. However, when I attended this course, I got to know a very different approach to making the basic Indian dishes. This approach not only enhanced the taste a lot but also reduced the cooking time of the dish. After the initial preparation is completed, most dishes take about 5 min to be prepared and taste a lot better too.Another good thing I liked about the course and in general about the academy is that they are fluid. They can adjust according to the specific needs of the students.
