Ordered Callebaut but received this instead. They say that Callebaut chocolate is repacked to suit domestic customer needs and demands but it is very difficult to believe such information.

The best place to get Ur baking supplies.They have everything, and they also help you if u have certain doubts about baking.The best part is apart from tools they even have certain bakery essential products such as heavy cream, chocolate chips, essence, food colours.They also have baking classes, that you can join.Definitely recommend this place.

I have been there so many times in CCDS.Every time I enjoyed it better than previous visits. It is a wonderful place for the people who loves cooking,baking. A lot of learning is there who really wants to learn.Inshort CCDS is a place which can not be described in words.

Very disappointed with the highly unprofessional service of this organisation. I have registered three times for three different baking courses and all three times they have been cancelled. I can understand the cancellation but am extremely disappointed with the fact the two times I was not informed that the course was cancelled. I reached the Gurgaon store and then found out that the course was not taking place. When I spoke to the manager, I was told an email was sent though I received no such email, despite receiving the receipt and the confirmation message. I registered yet again for another course, and called an hour before the course time to check if it was taking place. Once again, I was told course had been cancelled. Tried calling to speak to the Director but they would not put me through to him. I was told he would call me back but I only received an email from the same manager once again saying the money will be refunded. Highly, highly unprofessional.

Learnt of CCDS courses whilst shopping at their Gurgaon location in South Point Mall. I took a bread baking class the very next day and was I impressed! Great instructor and excellent flow of the class - we didnt realise when those beautiful loaves were done, I will be back.

I signed up for your class was super excited to learn how to decorate a birthday cake for my sons party in a weeks time. I just came back from the store because the class was cancelled. I paid up and received confirmation of the same. I received no intimation of cancellation. No explanation was given for the cancellation. No apologies were offered. Apparently the store was not intimated but that is your internal failure and you need to take responsibility. I have to wait for your system to process the refund money (Rs.5500 for one class). If at all a customer of mine was to ever be inconvenienced like this I would have handled it more gracefully. You need to learn a bit more about customer relations. I feel insulted at your utter disregard for time and money. Your attitude is out dated, callous, unprofessional and arrogant. I was disappointed at not getting to do the class but my anger stems from the company/stores callousness. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
