Worst service. Reviewers, please dont make full to other people. Before two days I ordered a cake for a seniors farewell and delivery time was 1-3 pm. However, they delivered it at 5:30 pm when the farewell was overed. Even the delivery distance was only 10 minutes. In the middle of the meeting, I was trying to track the status of an order on their website with the order id but can you believe that there is no option to track an order after that I clicked on a link which they sent to me on my mail then I just saw the order details only not the status of an order. They didnt provide a delivery boys phone number and not updated me about late delivery. I just wanted to share that because I dont want to someone will suffer like me.

Ordered a cake for Valentines... Price is high but the product was amazingly good. Opted for all day delivery so cant comment on their timeliness. The cake was packaged exceptionally well. The personal msg comes on a lovely card and the text on the cake comes on an edible chocolate piece. Very happy with the service.5 stars if you ignore the extra couple hundred bucks.

Very poor quality. They gave me 90% cream and 10% cake in the name of a blackforest cake - Im not exaggerating. They charged me for cream! I do not recommend Bakingo at all. Unless you are ready for poor quality products, services and hollow apologies.

The cake was very good. However, you also should be sharing the identity of the buyer (sender) to the receiver, in cases where the buyer would like you to share. In my case, the receiver was not made aware who sent the cake.

It is a delivery kitchen at the Shahpur Jat address and I doubt whether they have any offline presence. The place was pretty messed up and chaotic but temperature was maintained as they make their cakes there itself I believe. They supply to other online portals also apart from bakingo hence the identical photos online on different websites can be explained. I had finalized them seeing their products online but after the visit to their facility I changed my mind and ordered from Angels in my Kitchen.
