Extremely poor service. Although nature of service persons is good but they lack the knowledge n acumen.They steal petrol from your car if you leave your car full of petrol. My car has run only 18 km ( photo attached ) and there is deficit of almost 15 litre of petrol

I booked my car on 13th sep 2021 and was promised delivery on 8th Oct 2021 but till now no sign or any update of car., only they say is Sir abi tk car ayi ni hai jese he ayegi sbse Pehle apko denge. Though the agents and staff is good in terms of providing info and communication but very bad at fulfilling promise.

Its a very pleasure experience with the showroom and employees also have sweet behaviour with the customer.

I had bookedTata Nexon XZ plus (Petrol, single tone, white colour) on 27th June 2021 from True North Automobiles, Mayapuri, New Delhi.It was very clearly explained to the sales executive that the vehicle delivery is needed by the first week of August 2021 (as a birthday gift for my husbands birthday on 7th August). The sales executive had promised to provide the delivery within the stipulated timeline.Subsequently I have booked a Choice number/ fancy number for my car which is also valid for a limited time period.However, till date I have not received the delivery of the vehicle. Nor have I received the Chassis number or any such proof of the guaranteed delivery date of my vehicle. The enthusiasm of buying the vehicle on my husbands birthday has gone and also left all family members in frustration due to the endless wait.I would also like to mention that the booking receipt issued by the dealership has no mention of a guaranteed delivery date, as is customarily provided by other Showrooms across Delhi including Tats dealerships.My intention to purchase a Tata vehicle was purely based on the trust of the TATA group as a whole, which is the most trusted brand in India. Being a loyal Citizen of this country, buying this car was my small contribution towards the Make in India initiative , being promoted by the GoI.I also bring to your attention that my Choice number is valid for 90 days. Needless to say, that i would rather drop a Tata Car instead of losing the choice number, which I got after paying a hefty amount.After a total delay of 3 months, i finally got my car. The delay which happened mainly on account of non availability of Semi conductor chip. Thankfully my choice number has been retaimed.I therefore have no grievances against Tata Motors and TrueNorth Motors.Thank you.

Worst service experience from this particular Tata service center today on 19 September 2021. I went there to give my tiago for service. I went inside the service station s reception. And heard a loud Bang. There are many negligent drivers in this service center. 1 driver banged 2 tata Tiago & 1 nexon with hexa. Because of which the white Tiago standing in front got 1 inch bonnet dent. & 2nd driver of altroz didnt use brakes, and banged the car in reverse in the wall. Altroz boot got minor dent. Not expected This type of negligence from tata service station employees. Also when my service card was open i was shocked to see that my service cost of tata Tiago petrol running 10,000 kms is 9,500₹ excluding gst. Last service was of 6,500₹ in January. Was planning to buy Tata harrier. Now Dropping my Plan. Choti gaadi ki itni mehngi service hai toh badi car ki toh around 20,000₹ something hogi.

This is one of the most disgusting dealerships. Stay away from their TLs, especially Sanjeev Sharma whom I would have seriously initiated a police action against.Their GM thinks he is the GM of some MNC and has arrogance of that sort. He forgets that he is the GM of a shop and works for a Lala...And the response from dealership is standard to speak to CRM.. CRM is only namesake they have no clue of what is going on.Such pathetic dealership.

The service is worst and these guys are just minting money nothing else. My car has been there for over a period of one month now and these guys are just moving it from one facility to another facility.....first they told me that egr valve needs to be changed.then they said break pads needs to be changed and now they are not giving me any update whereas they have crossed the estimate of around 70k ...their Staff is completely incompetent to handle delivery and they have completely ruined my car

Went to celebrate my friends new car, boy what a bummer our party turned out to be!Long wait to do the paperwork, then ready the car, lot of delays at each step. We were excited going in, but we ended up leaving very disappointed.Sorry guys, but we gave you plenty of time and heads up to be prepared, but you still made us wait for everything! It was not a smooth process, and nobody was happy at the end of it.

Dont buy the vehicle from truenorth. Very pathetic service. Facing lots of issue with truenorth. As always they will give you TAT and u will have to wait till you reach your extreme frustration level. My car Nexon 7825 is parked in truenorth mayapuri since 15 days and before that it was there for one month but still same problem persist. Poor and pathetic service at truenorth mayapuri , staff is not capable of doing work. Ground staff and management both are poor in service. Nit responding to calls and after repeatedly calls they say work in progress, Working like a government office. Staff sitting there always busy on video calls and not responding to customers questions.I purchased Car in Oct. 20 and till date it is standing on service center for technical faults. Worst service by Truenorth from top level to bottom level employees. I have booked tata harrier on 18 march 2021.Then the story start from Truenorth sales team( Miss Sangita and Mr Manish(1st Level Escalation Team Leader ) and Miss Pooja(2nd Level Escalation Customer Relationship Manager )) they cheated me for 5 months and not able to delivery my car. They always give false delivery date of my car after multiple reminders even escalating my issues to top level persons. I am attaching all mail screen shots in this review so customer like me not cheated by these guys.At the end i got my car from Sagar Motor Dilshad Garden within 4 days. They are really good and keep their promises.

Before making a purchase from Truenorth TATA, check my review because of which Truenorth TATA deleted their old location and re registered it again. Attaching screenshots. Most reviews are made by their paid staff only, only mine is authentic. ;)Before buying from Truenorth read this. We have just bought Nexon XZ optional 2020 from this TATA showroom, had a pathetic experience, untrained, unprofessional staff. First and probably LAST TATA car we will be getting. Expect for everyones behavior also had a dispute over mandatory handling charges being forced to pay, when honourable High Court of Delhi say those can be charged only after agreement with buyer. Avoid this showroom if you want TATA car. Higher authority of Truenorth are irresponsible, ignorant and arrogant. Even complaining to TATA itself issue is still open and not resolved. Hopefully will get a resolution soon. We were literally humiliated on many issues by Higher authority of Truenorth and TATA itself. I respected this company and thought it was different but only owner can not make a company, all employees does.

The staff is very helpful and professional. They are very clean and transparent with their work.My experience with the staff especially Anand Bhardwaj was 100% satisfactory. He has a very great attitude and he is very professional with his work. I booked a Nexon from them and he provided all the assistance online without even visiting the showroom. Due to some circumstances I had to cancel the booking. In such scenarios most of the dealers dont treat you well. But here the experience was amazing. Within a week of cancellation they refunded all the amount to my bank account.I will definitely recommend this showroom to everyone. Keep up the good work. All the best .

One of your sales executive(I will mention the name,if required) told me that they will not deliver Vehicle if I buy Insurance from outside because I am buying vehicle through CSD.He also added that It is written in your policy. When I told him to send quotation of the same, He was unable to provide. The cost of insurance is 32k but I am getting the same at 24k if buy from outside. plz look into this matter.

The worst car booking experience I have ever had. The showroom executives lying through their teeth “sir the booking amount is completely refundable”. It’s been more than 20 days since I submitted a refund application they asked me to submit. The service executive is not answering my calls since the day. The showroom helpline always says please wait 48 hours. Not recommended at all. Worst car booking experience ever.

Sent my tata nexon petrol for paid service at tata truenorth mayapuri. After service mileage down to 5km/l . Checked car again after filling of Rs-3000/- petrol somewhere around 30ltr of petrol and car ran only 152 km on empty . After this issue when i told them about this issue , service guy was only sending 2nd person then 3rd and 4th and did not even checked my car or opened the bonnet and refused to except this issue. I mean Wow , 1st of all you did blunder to my car , took 4300/- for this and refused to except the problem. Worst service experience . Plz dont go to tata truenorth for service of your car if you really want to save your car.
