Worst customer service. I went for mobile no. updation and the lady just refused to update and asked me to come next week. It could be done within 10 minutes but wait its a govt bank, why would they bother to do that.

Dirtyest staff and new madam have very bad way of talking

My grandparents are aged people and they had some work regarding the KYC. When they went yesterday they were not having their photos and they were told that if they are having their photo then the work would be done and today when my grandfather went with me and he said that he has brought the photos and please proceed with the process of KYC. Then the lady sitting behind the employers said to my grandfather that sir you are not having the original copies of your id and my grandfather said that yesterday the branch manager was saying that your work would be done if you are having the photos. And then my grandfather said me that please bring the original id and I went home and took the id gave it to the manager. The manager was very cooperative with us but that lady sitting behind the employers was so rude, also was not telling the full procedure and was expecting us to know the whole procedure. At the end I would say that the lady sitting behind the employers does not respect the senior citizen and I would request the branch manager to look into the matter.

Bad staff ever they don’t know how to talk with guest

Branch is pathetic, lazy staff always makes excuse to not perform the client request. Printer is all the time damaged.

No information provided over phone whether the branch is open after 14/08/2020 when it was closed due to covid 19

Well managed. Automated cheque acceptance, passbook printing etc. Courteous staff. But Emails are not responded

Union Bank of India is one of the worst in the country. It lacks to provide the basic necessities that the other, busier banks are able to provide. The bank isnt even up to date in the technology front.
