Store is no doubt good, has good variety of Indian as well as international brands. Problems I usually face is they keep changing the place and shelves of things. Secondly once you buy a thing of particular brand but next time it’s not sure weather you will get the same thing of same brand.Third no one from staff now helps you to carry the basket full of picked up goods to upper floor and at times it becomes difficult for senior citizensI request the store people to see into this.

This place is spacious, it has a very wide collection of items. The layout and display is good too. I was tempted to buy a lot of things. Offers and discounts were quite attractive.

Newly opened...in fashion of 24X7 stores but is open till 10:30pm only..variety of goods are available..packed food..nuts..vegetables..cosmetics..chocolates..teas..kitchenware..bathroom stock etc..a small food bakery is also there..towards basement there is no elevator but they have kept staff to help you with the basket..number of persons are employed to help you out..they have tried to keep things diverse with calculated stock due to space constraint..else well managed..

I had purchased 1kg Washington apple through via home delivery, after delivery when opened packing to use Apple was rotten and shared this feedback with store staff, on that time told that they will exchange apple on next order. After one week today ordered but they didnt replace apple which exchange was pending from store side,when I asked them they reverted that we dont have any exchange policy After one week of my complaint.

I bought pao yesterday which has expiry date today but has fungus. I messaged yess with fungus pao photo along with bill they have seen it but no response. Request all people to see the products expiry and fungus when buying product from them. They have many products approaching to expiry.

This store has a nice selection of imports .My biggest complaint is the amount of “ floor” employees they have on the floor .I appreciate good customer service , but the staff behavior here borders on stalking .My husband and I counted 15 staff not cashiers just roaming staff .You spend your time here dodging their constant up selling of products .It’s very uncomfortable .As a business owner and a graduate of NYU school of business I can offer this advice to the management .Have your floor staff only approach customers if they look as if they need assistance . Reduce the amount of floor staff by half and pass the savings of salaries on to your customers . You will increase your sales tremendously with better prices .Consumers know what they are shopping for... its groceries not a new car .I will continue to go here as they carry items I need from my country , but it’s never a pleasure to shop until I get to the cashiers .They are very polite and always greet me with nice manners .

In comparison to earlier experiences ,this time its disappointing as the stock status is really bad esp in Japanese .Nori sheets were inadequate and earlier there used to be options in brands but now it was only one brand and thats pretty expensive.

Yesterday 21July 2020 Lajpat Nagar 3, I visited Yess Store Lajpat Nagar 3 & I got a bill for Rs 1172 .28 .Bill no 02210720/0014 time 11:46am Tuesday .I reached home n check the entire bill content & I see that on line 14 a 3ply Blue Yess Mask (10Rs) has been charged which I never took. Is it somehow a fraud that in every bill over 1000 you are adding 10 Rs mask or its a target for the counter boys to sell the mask by hook or crook ? Customers Please do tally your BILL BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.
