AMAZING is the word for this place. Great taste, good quantity, friendly and professional staff. Do try the Talumin Soup here. It is the best you can get in Delhi, in my opinion. Prices are on a higher side (as you expect from any restaurant in Def Col).

Food was very bad, standard has gone down terribly. After placing order, one of the items was left behind, ie springrolls. When it came it was cold and soggy, have enclosed picture. Very bad food no taste , don’t enjoy.

If you are a pork lover you will enjoy this place. Its old and the ambience hasnt been changed since I think when they made it but the place is worth the penny spent. I have been here just once but sure wont be my last.

Its a cozy place, easy to find. The service is fast and polite. Menu is a mix of Chinese and Japanese food but everything was really tasty, the green tea pot was delicious. Good for a Friday dinner night. Try the sukiyaki pork or chicken.

Aka Saka is a Chinese restaurant which serves delicious Chinese. You can even get alcohol as they have a bar too. Parking might be a issue as mostly the parking is full.

Best Chinese restaurant if you go for taste... Ambience is decent but the food quality and quantity is amazing and tastes awesome.

Okeyish food

An old favourite from the 1970s. Delectable Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Unfortunately, even this old timer has succumbed to adding Indian spices and chillies in some of the dishes. But, its still pretty good. They have a bar on the first floor and a party room on the second. Unfortunately the first and second floors have been temporarily closed for all shops and restaurants in Defence Colony Market on the municipal corporation. Lets hope they open soon. In the meanwhile, Aka Saka continues to serve beer and other alcoholic drinks in the restuarant at ground level.

Simply amazing. Nice food served in unique style without any compromise either in quality or in quantity. My best experience in Japanese foods so far among non 5 star restaurants

It is a very old and popular chinese restaurant in defence colony. You will always get moderate crowd. Chinese food is very good and authentic, can visit without any doubt.Try their talumin soup its a huge portion they serve. We had chicken spring rolls it was very good without too much oil and also had minchow soup which they serve with crispy noodle. Very good food over all.

Old Delhi haunt..Food is good,and so is the music,for those who loved the eighties. Parking is easy. Lunchtime Beer Combo is welcome.

One of the oldest Japanese/Chinese restaurants in Delhi, Aka Saka has survived but not thrived. Food is good though not extraordinary. And a bit pricy.

Good old Aka Saka,Chicken Ala,Veg Spring Rolls,Chicken Manchow Soup and yhe All In Fried Rice are Must Try..20 years is how long I have been a pateon..The Taste is still the same..

Food was Average. Not the typical Chinese taste. They should have Chinese Chefs or Indian Chefs with experience of cooking Chinese food. I had booked a table at 10.00 AM today for 8 guests for 1.30 pm. We arrived at 1 20 pm and were made to sit in two different tables. They should have not made a reservation if they could not keep the table reserved. We could have gone elsewere. The tip of the iceberg was when the waiter DEMANDED a tip of 600/- against a bill of 5900/-. I had tipped him generously but he expected much higher and SAID SO. In front of my guests this waiter embarassed me. This is AKA SAKA in DEFENCE COLONY for you. A bad experience I will not forget for a long time.

My son and his friends fell ill after eating dinner at the restaurant. They felt drowsy and slept in the car for almost two hours.One of them suffered severe headache. This must be the result of the ingredients used. Didnt get a satisfactory reply from the manager. An explanation is definitely required.
