Delhi metro is absolutely NOT tourist friendly.There is no clear information on how to transfer from one line to another, where are the exits and which platform your train is leaving from.I am not even going to mention that it took us 20 minutes waiting in the line to get tokens. Its ridiculous!Information booth is of no use and they are busy doing something else rather then providing information.The only reason it had any stars is because it is rather fast to get across the city, that is if you dont get lost on the way.

The CISF staff there is some how misbehaving. They works very slower then others at different stations. I have to wait 40 minutes in a que to enter the station.

In the RK Ashram Marg, very clean and Covid-19 checking properly.

We were traveling from Akshardham temple metro to RK Ashram metro as we were staying in Paharganj. And RK ashram is nearest metro station. Akshardham metro booking clerk had taken extra Rs:10/ticket from us( we were 12 friends). He told us a fare Rs:40/ we paid 480 to him & when we checked online while sitting in metro actual fare was Rs:30/ only. We were shocked that metro station booking clerk cheated us. As we had clearly asked him that we have to go Paharganj he told us nearest station RK ashram & charges us 40 instead of 30. We complaint about this to booking clerk of RK ashram metro. He called somewhere and after 12-15 minutes he refunded us Rs:120/ saying that after counting cash they found Rs:120 extra and refunded me. And said complaint had been registered against him. So be aware & check online fare of between station.

Neat and clean metro station in center of delhi. From here you can go sadar Bazar the oldest wholesale market of delhi for daily use items, cosmetics,barman, gift items etc.

Statio is good maintain thanks to delhi metro staff. But cisf staff is very rude they dont have sense to talk with passengers.

If you want to go to GOLE Market.E rickshaw and rickshaws are available here..Rajiv chawk does not have transportation for this... Only bus or autos....

You should visit Birla temple/ Shri Lakshmi Narayan temple which is near to this metro station.Its one of the beautiful places in Delhi to visit.I visited this metro for my exam because my exam centre was near to this metro station.Many E rickshaws were available at the metro gate which dropped me directly to the exam venue. I didnt find any difficulty reaching to my destination.
