Wonderful framing with great service! I am delighted with the quality & finish. Their design team came home to offer advice on each space. It was a stress free experience. They also do bespoke mirrors specific to my sizes.

Although the frames are nice but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible service. On asking them upfront before purchase they said they would pack the frames in a crate and then courier them. They never even packed it properly in a crate neither delivered it to us. We, the customers had to find an agency then ask them to send it to us (We live far far away from Delhi).

I loved the framing this place did but the service was awful. When we ordered frames, we spent half an hour waiting for the two women in front of us to finish a purchase. When we returned to pick up the paintings, owing to their large size, we needed to rent a taxi. The store wouldnt call one for us so when we inquired about delivery they said the guy could come by in two days--1500 Rs just for drop-off which is about 6 times the price I paid for Uber taxi service just the day before. When we got home, we noticed that one of the paintings had been noticeably damaged during framing. Id never use this place again.

There should be a zero star rating because that is what they deserve. Paul is one of the owner and i called him to install my art pieces and he told me in the morning that he has managed to get it installed.I took six art pieces from them and asked them to change the frame to black for two pieces and they changed it to silver. My house warming was one day away and i called Kavita ( Pauls wife), she flatly refused. I told her that you have screwed my whole house warming and then she started shouting claiming that i have used a language which cannot be used for a women. She claimed that she has a recording and she will file a case against me. I was stunned that someone can actually use this tool to harass a customer. So Kavita here it is for you. Do whatever you want to. Stop harassing your customers. And my house warming happened without a single piece being installed. And my house looked as good as it can be.This is how insensitive and pathetic this store is. their MG road store and Khan market store is much better with no claiming to file a complaint against you. Please visit Art Laureate in Lado Sarai. Loved the art and prices are way better
