Being the project coordinator, I dont agree with Chirag Prasad review since I have been associated with the firm for quite some time and have seen professionalism in the staff. No files and submissions came from your end which wasnt even legal but the firm choose to ignore it.

Worst office ever . They will make you work day and night and not provide you salary and they will not provide you experience letter also .the boss mrs. Sushree mathur is the worst boss i had ever seen plzz plz plz dont join this office you will regret .

I am really sorry but everything is fake in this firm. no cooperative staff. no one will help you . and i am agree with ankur yadavs review .. they will not provide you your last month salary. and sushree mathurs behavior is really pathetic ... if you want to spoil your life you can join. if you are a person who dont want to learn anymore who dont want salary. the person who dont want any experience letter .. then you should join. and the photos of this office is also fake .

I have worked for 20 days here but in those 20 days my skills went 0- 10 its amazing place to learn. If you can work for 9-10 hours and ready to face challenges and continuous hard work then this is the place for you.I left due to some personal reasons but if i ever get chance to join again then Ill not think twice.Mrs. sushree mathur such an inspiration, the way she works and deal with challenges is amazing, she is always ready to explain and teach her staff.One last thing 😅 youll get scold if Youre not up to the mark.I wish best luck for Fountainhead and Mrs. Sushree mathur maam.

Well to be honest I learnt to be tough during my training days.my drafting went from 0 to 100I learnt to make the best toilet layouts, during my training, I use to think only toilet & today i am realising thats its the most luxuries space and its the most expensive space.Boss has been teaching a lot which I realised after when I started working.I have seen people breaking down after meetingThis place is not for the losersLong way to go Fountainhead!wishesfrom ladakh

The boss is really a pain, Labour class wages offered, hardly anything to learn here. There are no increments. And once you leave, they will make you beg for the experience letter and salary for the last month. The council must look into such offices and take suitable action against them.

I love this firm because of the GMs and collegues kindness and behaviour. I got a lot of good habits and knowledges when i start working with this firm. How to behave to clients and others, How to handle the works, etc.This firm is the perfect way to for a good career.

I am totally disagree with Mr. Ankur Yadev’s Review. I started my Career with Fountenhead in the year 1993 as an Architect Assistant , Madam Sushree Mathur is such a loving and caring person , She taught me many things . One thing she is very punctual about her work, and those days’ handmade drawings were scratched many times for the perfect finish. Proudly I can say that she molded not only my life but all others worked with me Vijay, Sunitha, Shalini Etc. those days office and home were in same location C-9/9148 and the Land number I still remember 6891534 . Those days Vasant Kunju Sector C is very isolated and even there are no shops ,she used to provide Lunch for us when it required. I was only 19 plus years in that time and lived 3000km away from my home and I had a very homely atmosphere there and strongly believe that she will never ever make a pain for others. Her Husband Mr. Rajath Kumar Mather were working with Aakar those days and he is also a very humble and polite person . Even they had 2- people working with them 1-Mr Kishan ( cook ) and Ms Rose ( Nanny of her Daughter) I was there from morning 9.am till 6.pm never ever heard that she is scolding her maid or nanny . Mr Ankur Yadev you may write an apology or delete your comment . She is a very hard working and brave women I salute her .
