Fraud and cheeters they are, they not gave me my money refunded even not gave my property. Registration no. 32247 at mandawar, uttrakhand. Already shared registration number so whats now? I request all my friends not to invest a single penny in their projects anywhere, they are big cheeters.

Dehradun is a quite beautiful place to settle if you like a peace of mind, mountains and scenic beauty. I chose to settle down at this place called Arun Dev City. The place looked ordinary to me at first but it was a good investment. Arun Dev City is well planned and it actually looks attractive to me. Would give it 8 out of 10 in looks, they could have done the architecture slightly better. But I will give them credit for the basic facilities they are providing without any interruption. Not many builders can do that.

I got a raw deal twice from different real estate providers in 3 months. One of my house developed cracks and another was quite expensive as compared to other apartments in the same locality where I was living. I lost the trust in real estate providers. Then I sold one of the houses and bought a house from Arun Dev Builders in same locality and in same price. I couldn’t believe the house was much bigger and better than the previous house but the price was exactly the same. I really loved it and made it look even better with interior designs.

I had paid 216000 in 2010 to them but still there is no name of giving plots to me.I have visited their office many times,but no response. No one care as they have got the money. I had paid through cheques and cash both.

Today there is a lot of risk involved with real estate. Either you get a property which loses its value very soon or the agents make you cry. Recently I upgraded my house by buying a 200 sq yard apartment in Arun Dev City, Haridwar. Since my office is based in SIDCUL Industrial Park, it has become quite easy for me to commute daily, saving both time and energy. I am happy with the quality of construction and the floor plan. Whenever you want to buy a house first time you want to invest your money in a good project. You don’t want to waste a penny or get an expensive deal. But today unfortunately some agents for their own sake do a lot of injustice to people. This is exactly why I was very terrified to buy my first house. Arun Dev City in Shahpura is a good buy if you want to be closer to the royal parts of Rajasthan. It’s one of the best real estate deal in the market right now. You should go for it if you have the financials, trust me you won’t be disappointed. The whole complex has proper planning. There’s a lot of vegetation, there is children’s park for the children and the security is really really tight. Everyone should consider buying atleast one home from Arun Dev Builders.
