With the growing business, the owners/developers should show a better sense of responsibility towards the client, environment as well as work ethics.If their vision is narrow and success is measured by the quantum of profit earned with total disregard to ethics, they may earn a lot of money in short run, but no respect in the market. Many have landed in jail because of their greed. Go to any consumer court, you will find hundreds of old people from middle class families, painfully waiting for their hard-earned money to be refunded, the companies have a panel of lawyers on their rolls, so it doesnt matter to them. They have means to delay the cases indefinitely or steer them in a way that the decision may appear to be in your favor but you get nothing. Majority of complainants are lured back in accepting in compensation, some stupid parcel of property which, they learn later was of no use to them.In my case I bought a property in a semi-developed location, paid 95% of cost on day one, they said that possession will be handed over in 6 months, but I did not get the possession even after 6 years. I could do nothing (I was not smart enough to read between the lines of the agreement I signed with them 6 years ago. Believe me almost all agreements are one sided)My letters and visits to their office, had an interesting affect on them. They issued a letter of offer to me which I readily accepted and visited their office with a cheque book. They said that they will hand over the property after I make the balance payment( 5% plus escalation) but they refused to fix a date of possession or registration. Now a new game began, they started adding 21% penal interest quarterly to the balance sum. Every time I got a threatening letter saying that all the money stands forfeited if I did not comply, I could not sleep for many nights. They had absolutely no regards for a retired senior citizen.To cut a long story short I paid the balance amount after an year, fought with them to waive off the penal interest, paid maintenance charges for the plot, which was neither handed over nor transferred in my name.Later I came to know that my plot along with many others were mortgaged by the company, and they legally could not transfer the plot in my name. Still they had guts to harasss unsuspecting clients like me.With great difficulty and a great financial loss, I sold my membership to someone who was ready to wait longer. The plot remains mortgaged and unsalable even now.

NOT A CONVENIENT LOCATION. Office is not located on a wide road, its just a single lane road. Driving becomes challenge when opposite side is also a car. The sensitivity of Omaxe towards visitors is that they does not allow parking inside premise. Despite my request , guard did not allow me to park inside premises. As outside its a single lane road, parking car is not only inconvenient for others but also a big risk for your car too.

Omaxe the big name in the market but in reality all are frauds.

If a company like Omaxe will keep unprofessional customer service employees without any training who have no idea how to behave with their customer than it will loose it’s sheen very quickly. Customer services employee asking us to get out when enquired twice about how long the waiting time is. They have no respect for your time and money. Employee name is Neeru Mehta I reckon. Very bad after sales customer service and definitely not recommended.

The customer service as good as nothing, for couple of weeks ive been trying to confirmmy payment to a flat, and they havent replied even once and instead are asking for more payment.

Very poor service. I deposited all documents with fee with Omaxe for Registry of my flat about one month back but no response till date. Concerned officer named Mr. Kamal Deep.

I had booked a 3 BHK flat Unit No ORN/B/3BHK/FIFTH/505 in Nov 2014 in Omaxe Riyasat, Sector 93B, Noida. Although the Company was very prompt in collecting the initial instalments and had promised me that the flat would be handed over to me in 2018 yet not a brick has been laid at the site till now. I have contacted them numerous times over telephone in this matter. No communication/favourable response whatsoever is being received from the Company. I have a suspicion that this Company on the basis of whose good reputation I was attracted to book this flat is also going down the drain like other Co-developers. It a shame that after harnessing such good reputation , this Company has stooped to such low level.

Hi Frandsss I just booked home in omaxe waterscrapers near Ammar Shaheed in lucknow!And believe me frndzzz the team is really good i called to enquire to know more about the project and i was told everything about it. They without any issues explained the A-Z of the project i was interested in. I paid the booking price and all after that within a few years i was given poessisson of my home. The property was made to look very good. Also the amenities and other facilities are building really fast. I will say Omax has done a good job and i am very much impressed with deir service.
