I knew Sikka Promoters earlier on website but today gave interview. I saw well maintained and quiet office. Upper and sub staff all are helpful.The quality and design of projects know all of us. Who will not want to join like this type organisation. Thanks.

Once money is paid have to run behind for everything, it’s like a govt office. Can’t trust with basic stuff like if documents have been given to the bank, otherwise once bank loan closes you will realise ur documents are missing.. existing maintenance needs major improvement.Please check with any owner before buying and goto lowest basement to check the status of any construction

Never invest your hard earned money, in their properties. Though the staff is helpful but the process is very very slow.

Sikka house is awesome building. The projects are not in good condition and they dont handover their project on time but their own office building is awesome.

Sikka real estate company took money in full but unable to complete the projects. In exceptional case where project is almost complete even after making final payment for taking over the flat it took full six months to get the finishing job of flat

A company with great infrastructural projects with amazing amenities. They provided possession on time and were cooperative while discussion as well.

I know Sikka people from more than a decade, many of my friends and family have invested on their projects 70% of us have received almost on same time as we promised, but yes, 30% were quite late, but most important part is that, their team, their all staff were very polite, humble, and very cooperative, and given their maximum effort to complete and delivered the projects, highly recommendable...

For the last 2 years, they have been promising posession in 3 month, but all lies.When ask why the delay, they give you all bloody reasons of demonetization, Okhla bird sanctuary problem etc etc, but they never bothered to inform us beforehand about all this.FRIENDS I AM WARNING YOU, DONT GET STUCK WITH THIS BUILDER BECAUSE OF SENTIMENTAL ADS THEY GIVE ON FM. Easy to recognize from road .. good space for commercial use but there are a problem of washrooms.

Today, I am Living in my own home with my whole family in Sikkas Society, and Its been more than 3 years, and build quality is really good, and Thanks Sikka, to given me the possession on time, where other are people are struggling for possession.

90% of my property value sucked out by Sikka within 18 months of CLP and even after 4+ years, the project is no where near completion!!!I have been writing to the group for updates n other things for over 1 1/2 years but shockingly they never respond. They dont even let you have contact details of any senior official when their office board no: is called.I am in a very bad fix as my money is stuck, I m losing interest on a huge amount deposited with Sikka and even my property isnt ready.

Just to let you know you and everybody following your group regarding this group its an fraud and highly irresponsible towards customer. Following is my case for proof. Please dont invest with them.Im an highly decorated Indian Army Officer on deputation in US and booked an flat with your Sikka Kirat Green , Noida Extension in 2015 in Bluebells flat 1506. As an responsible citizen was paying all my dues a when requested till Oct 2016 and by that time have paid an total of INR 13,22,353/ (Thirteen lakh twenty two thousand and three hundred fifty three). Also to mention here I have not signed any Builder Buyer Agreement with you till date and all this money is against tentative charges of booking and as per law Im entitled to be refunded all my money with interest.After Oct 2016, there was no demand generated for at least 3-4 months which made me curious to know whats happening. On investigation came to know that for last 2 years there has been no construction on site and to my surprise you even changed the project name as Sikka Kamaya Green and put an new Sign board on that property which is really an serious crime and fraud with customer.The same was reported to your management and my brother in law (Mr Vipin) even visited your office end of last month and met Mr Sanjeev (CRM head) in Delhi office and after detailed discussion with him after which Mr Sanjeev promised to pay all my due in 4 installment after submission of certain documents and all this is recorded in an acknowledged email from your Sikka management as appended below. Today when my brother in law went to meet and hand over the document and Mr Sanjeev, he refused to meet him which highlights your bad attitude towards your valuable customer. After which even I tried calling Mr Sanjeev and he switched off his mobile is this how your CRM head deal with customers.

This is a fraud company and do not complete the projects on time ! Sikka Kimaya greens in dehradun was supposedly to be completed in 2017 and the possesion was to be handed to the customers , but it hasnt been completed yet and looks like it will not be delivered before 2019. They are fooling customers .

If you want to take genuine review about the builder then please ask those people who have booked their flats/shops at sikka project..I have read all the reviews and think the reviews of appreciations are paid/fake.I am the actual buyer and booked my flat 2 years ago but till date nothing has happened into the project and even their staff members are rude and not entertain the buyers who have already invested..According to me the builder is 3rd class...Not even deserve the single star.
