Very bad serviceswe have registered 6 complaints in 45 days for same issue in BSES office Fatehpur Beri New Delhi but we cant received any best solution for my complaints, our concern are one pol no-4 light are not working from 45 days, also three cables are going to our meter from pol no-4, and this cables are bent down on road, due to same every days touch all heavy vehicles, Today, a vehicle escaped from the cable due to which the pole is broken. engineer who comes after our Complaint says just one thing, it cannot be tight, or we have not brought it due to ladder problem because i cant have any ladder, we will send someone later for rectify the same issue. after that no one come for same, even last time we have mention the note on complaints paper problem not resolved So the engineer says why do you mention it, and he abuses my family, and after cutting that note, it signifies itself and takes the paper, we are humbly requested to you , please provide the permanent solution for the same, otherwise may be in future a big incident.My details:-CA no- 151600867 and 151600860

First theres no electricity, then theres no man to fix the problem. Second no one picks up the phone. Why the need to have a phone when the weiner cant even pick up? Go to hell BSES.

Worst service ever seen phone is either not reachable or switched off. Keep that phone in trash dude
