Money making hospital, First they promise low price and after admit, price go high coz of hidden charges, everyday surprised charges. Even they ask you to buy some operation stuff from outside. Doctor / staff all are good but Management is only making money. I would never recommend this hospital ever.

Rude behave of your front desk officer, they dont know how to handel patient, no call back system if patient is intested. Please change your front desk officer if possible. or call back system bano agar patient ready hai test karne ko. nahi to sales down he rahegi.

Dr Gautam at ultrasound room is doing fantastic job he is Verbally active during ultrasound it will build huge self confidence to the pregnant women along with husband.Dr gautam is very helpful and polite god bless himHighly reminded

My experience is very nice. Clean n tidy rooms, cooperative staff n nurses. I want to mention special thanks to gynecologist Dr poonam singh, she saved me from pretem labour. Ultrasound Dr is also very nice, very professional. my overall experience is very good.

Small hospital but very nice. Doctors and staff members are very good and caring. Walking distance from malviya nagar metro station.. all tests and ultra sound rates are less compared to another hospitals.

Doctors and nurses are doing wonderful job esp Dr Gautam Jain radiologist explains the minute details in simple terms.... He is simply fabulous ... People over the reception needs to be polite . Should use words like AAP rather than TUM.

Shame on the owner of the hospital. Fraud hospital I have ever seen in my whole life. The hostipal will charge you for the un necessary items which you are not aware of. The whole staff of that hospital is involved in it.If any one who wants to complain i am with them.If you ask for details than they will tell you to take your patient.

Well mentained and clean like a hospital should be. I have given 3 stars for Doctors courteousness. I have disappointed by recpceitnist behavior i was talking to my wife to use E-wallet for payment because we dont use cash these days as it can transfer virus and she removed E-wallet QR code to avoid it and said we need to pay cash or card. Later after telling her that i just saw QR code placed here she revealed it again. Also there is no parking facility so you may need to park your vehicle on road at your own risk.

Illiterate staff, busy with their personal work and other unprofessional activities. Talking senselessly and not providing important information. Also the doctors are not disciplined and punctual. Theyre just trying to show off, even that they cant do properly.

Very competent and ethical doctors.Have been consulting Dr Sangeeta Chakraborty and Dr Gautam Jain for years.We are so impressed with Dr Sangeeta that if someone in our family has to consult a specialist, we cross check the line of treatment with Dr Sangeeta who is an internist.

Its a small medical set up with all the facilities under one roof and personalised medical care by experienced friendly doctors . The nursing staff is also very experienced. One stop solution for all your medical problems.

Useless hospital.56-57 year old patient was asked to sit for 2 hours after 12 hours of fasting just for normal blood test and other normal diabetes and BP as they were not willing to sign form prescribed as per mediclaim policy..It was told doctor wld come then he will confirm to sign on same.On asking if u cld just send form thru wats app to doctor if only confirmation is to be taken as we were not sure that sitting for 2 hr wld be worthy even or not but hospital were not cooperative enuf to use wats app..Pathetic Service..Pls do urself a favor by not going here..Going to Rate card for such test wld just let my eyes rolling..Hospital is not considerate enuf for the heck amt thy r charging by providing expeditious service atleast..Basic to ask for!!

Chikitsa hospital is small yet nice and clean private medical care facility.Their OPD is quite busy during the evenings.Its located opposite to Gyan Bharti Public School.Parking is easily available outside the hospital.

7000rs for a plaster ? Are you kidding me ? Ofc there service are good coz they know u will pay them good too .. its like going to a 5 star hotel. . but dont forget it is a hospital .. business bana rakha hai bimari ko .. they sell products ..

The doctors are never on time. Too expensive and they themselves are not sure what problem you exactly have even after all the reports and diagnosis.

This is not a super hospital but very helpful in emergency and it is just at a walking distance from Malviya nagar metro station.

Hospital doctors is very rude specially Dr vandana ( pediatric) she doesnt know how to deal with patient and their family members.
