They dont know indeed what and where they are keeping what stuff and seemingly are unapologetic even on giving wrong information. Sorry but I would rather not buy the discounted merchandise which is excellent at the willfully wrongly displayed prices put by your Ill managed employees.

Im a regular customer of splash at pacific mall before I started facing these issues from them. Quality of clothes is getting bad and prices are high. I have gone there 3 to 4 times with my complaints, once with the trouser that I bought which was in fresh arrivals (rs 2000) it was torn off. Second cuz of the skirt (rs 1800) it was also torned off. I showed them the skirt from where it was torn..they told us they will give it to their tailor to sow it & told us to come next day & when we went next day they havent sown it. Then we went again next day they still have not sown all the places I showed them. They took it to the tailor again to sow it. There management is so poor. The clothes which they have in sale doesnt worth those prices. I have noticed even some clothes which were not in sale before and when they put them on sale they increase their prices & fool people with sale.Last time when I bought Jean (rs 1200) when I washed it there 1st time It removed alot of colour like a cloth from local street market does. I thought just like some clothes usually remove colour while washing the 1st time, its the same for this Jean but when I washed it the second time it still removed excess colour. Its so annoying when somebody bought cloth from a well known brand & it turns out to be like a local street market. I have gone to there showroom twice with the Jean to show them but the are closed since last 1 month. I know this rating or feedback doesnt move them but I dont recommend splash to anybody again. I think they dont even care about peoples comments or feedback for them.

Bad customer service and no tension of loosing sale!!I visited the store today add selected a trouser which was priced at 1999/- and I asked the sales guy if I get the coupons as I was confirmed I will get, however cashier denied and said you have to shop more to make it 2000, and the lowest item was 150+Probably I’ll choose others stores, it’s like looking a customer over 1 rupee!!
