Galaxy Service center provides pathetic services and fake oil, they use oil from the gallons and same oil for every different car with different capacity, I had a horrible experience with them, Celerio petro car should have at least 2.9ltr of engin oil but they used only 2.7ltr from the gallon and sent me a bill of 2.8ltr, when I talked to their person later, he said we use 2.9ltr but mistakenly we only putted 2.7 in your car, will look into this,

Its not a good choice service station. They believe in making money only. Staff is not good, they doesnt care about the customer money at all. If you want genuine maruti authorised service then go straightly to Maruti Service Masters in delhi. Rest all will make you fool and you will never come back saying it was a satisfactory service.

This is a great place for your car service. Service quality is very good and there is not too much rush. There are around 15-16 service base and this place takes less time and provides you good quality service.

Worst Service Station in delhi. All staff were untrained. They will charge you money for nothing and not going to check after service what else required to do. parts is working or not..Staff: Naresh (service advisor) dont have enough knowledge and he has no value of time.If you need proof then reach with me I will share their videos & recordings.RegardsKunal Singh

First of all location is wrong, its just beyond pacific mall.Now there service,not that much good.I was having complain about wash.It was not pocket friendly too(expensive from somewhere else).

I have been visiting Galaxy Automobiles since 2008, the time I bought my first car. To be very precise the experience of the staff, the service quality, mechanical repair and body work done here is of highest quality. Galaxy Automobiles is directly under the supervision of Maruti Suzuki and the staff working at Galaxy gets direct training from Maruti. The workshop always recommends and use genuine MGP products and the service charges are reasonable. Galaxy Automobiles has been backed by the uttermost support of their Works Manager- Mr Vijay Gidwani, a gem of a person, Mr. Amit Chopra and Mr. Lalit Sharma, well experienced and honest when it comes to ones vehicle maintenance.

Worst service provider, when they want insurance cheque or paid service the regular called but when you want your insurance cover note or Bill you have to chase them . I have paid my insurance cheque on time but after that I have called many time @ galaxy auto mobile after expired of my insurance cover note not received so I have personally gone to his place but on my way the traffic police have charged me chaplain for insurance Rs1000.Other wise they are over charged the service also.

Worst Service Centre Ever. There timelines have zero value. Staff is unwilling to work and totally callous. If they say your car is ready then it means that when you reach the service centre they will start working on your car. And most of all never give your car in claim at this place. They will take anywhere between one to two months for finalizing the car.

Worst experience, They don’t care for their customersI asked them for water they said just wait for 2 minutes but they gave me water after half an hour they don’t even ask their customers for water and for any other facility . At this service centre they only want to earn money they don’t have any regards for their customers
