Had seen the review and checked in in this hotel. But it was one of the worst experience. Hygiene is one of worst. Location is full of garbage. I strongly not recommend anyone to go for it.

The bed was spacious. The reception area was good . But the bathroom were horrible. The flush was not working. The bath took lot of time to get hot water. Towels werent replaced after 1 day. The tv was also not working neither the remote.

Staff was very polite. Rooms were good. There was some flush problem in the washroom, but as soon as I notified them, my room was changed immediately.

Hotel is located in a narrow street which makes it hard to locate. Cleanliness of rooms are not up to the mark and bathrooms are cramped. No restaurant here but food is served in your room. Room service guys are not well groomed and they dont have uniforms. The amenities on offer dont justify the price.

Staying will be pleasant. Assured. Really a very good place to stay at a more economical rate. Good service.

My mother, aunt and my sister had a most dangerous stay in this worst hotel. Four guys were given a room opposite to our sister’s room and at night they got drunk and started trying to break into my sisters room . When they called the manager, he denied that any one was there . After lot of discussions that made up a story that some lady knocked the door to give birthday cake. What kindf of strange answer is that . That made us feel that even Manager was involved in this. Later through travel agents , they could get hold of the owner and then owner intervened and got those bachelors vacate the rooms. Thanks to him my family was safe atlast.But why was the manager denying it in the first place ? How can drunken guys be knocking at doors where women were there ?

Room was good. Cleanliness could have been little more. Breakfast was nice. Bed was really comfortable. Stay was totally good.

Hands down the worst hotel I ever visited. Please do not stay at this hotel as its a complete waste of your time and money. Very rude ill mannered staff. They didnt even have the audacity to clean our rooms and washrooms everyday. The basic facility provided by any hotel on Earth is a clean room . But I guess this hotel doesnt fall in this criteria. After complaining to Fab hotels and speaking to the owner of the hotel about this issue nothing was done! Leaking AC, dirty walls, tasteless cold breakfast is another added feature of the hotel. This hotel is a complete let down on Fab hotels .PS: I HAVE NOT EVEN MENTIONED HALF OF THE THINGS .

Its a decent hotel. We initially had complaints with the cleanliness but after the complaint they cleaner it up nice.The food served here is cheap and is worth the price. The service is not so great but its ok for the price.The locality sucks though. Travel is convenient. Theres a metro station in approx. 1 km distance.Stay here if youre looking to stay for a short duration or visiting on a small budget.

Dear fabhotel team, why dont you try to upgrade your hygiene standards instead of putting your money in marketing. There was no in house kitchen. They will give you 4/5 options and you choose one of them for breakfast. I am a buffet breakfast lover. So I did not like this at all. Things like pillows and stationary were lying on staircase. Washroom were not clean. Too many small small flies.. in all pathetic experience.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. AC was not working in one of the rooms. Inspite of telling the problem to the Hotel guys they did not take care.It was really frustrating. Request the hotel guys to check the AC before allocating the room. Food was good. We were satified with the food.The other frustrating thing was that the hotel guys engaged driver for the city tour who really created inconvenience to us by not guiding the tourists properly. Hotel guys should engage reliable drivers with the customers to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

Hotel is good. Staff are good & helpful. But you have to eat from outside as they once provided stale & smelling food.

Near to New Delhi railway station towards Pahargaunge. Rooms are good, but restaurant is not available. Good to use as a transit hotel.

Excellent rooms, clean, with all basic amenities, good room service. The owner was really helpful. Lost my phone in uber cab, but he did everything he could so that i get back my phone and thats what i am using right now to write my review. A definite recommendation for all.

Very poor service from staff. There is no option of card payment for good. Even for every water bottle they will ask for cash. This was not accept by fabhotels.Even security was not up to mark. When I entered in hotel after having dinner form outside one person drinking alcohol at the stairs he was look like some of driver. It could be very terrible for family and single lady to check in such condition.Request febhotels to look into the Matt.

Staff were very arrogant. They use to blackmail couple at the time of check out. Ask for more money @ As there are marks in the pillow or bed.. they blackmail to pay Rs800-2000 more.

My experience with this hotel is not at all good. It is one of the pathetic hotel I have stayed in. The behaviour of one of the staff was very disrespectful and insulting, and I would like to name him too. His name is SATISH.... He was trying to kick us out of the hotel at 3 midnight, even to the females he was very abusive. I dont think guests should be treated this way. I would rate the hotel 0 on every parameter, and wont suggest anybody. Improvement and civilization is vital

Hotel stay was comfortable. Its a good alternative to oyo rooms. All facilities are identical to oyo. The staff especialy front desk was very helpful and quick in responding to my needs. I will prefer this hotel any one who need to stay on these area

Most hopeless rooms. Dirty maintenance. Felt choking with the cigarette smoke in the rooms. Had to fight with the management for change of room. At least they were courteous to give me a better room. But not a good experience

FabHotel team should personally revisit all such hotels before they give any kind of branding to such shoddy places.We have substantial evidences to all of the above mentioned comments about the hotel if anyone would like to talk to us further.

Good hotel for small budgets. Adjacent to Starottel Hotel, so if there are any conferences at Starottel and one needs to save on budgets, we can book rooms at this hotel. Staff needs to be a bit more fluent in language and also more welcoming. Lift is too small. Food is ok types.

I will recommend dont go for this. Highly unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff. In my two days stay the tap water was such quality that you cannot even bathe. Had difficult time.

I urge all never to book this hotel....its dark one ..I bookde this hotel to freshen up as I had to leave in the after for my train...but I came to know that this hotel is used for other buisness....and also the ola driver already told me not to go there....very unprofessional behavior with all other people in the afternoon( you know what I mean...afternoon )...please never book this...and Oyo is useless afterall

It was mediocre. Nothing to rave about. Was bitten by mosquitoes . One has to take precautions. Was shocked to see the staff sleeping on the staircase at night. That was sad for the staff.

The hotel has turned pathetic than my last experience.Found rat in my room.Washrooms are so dirty, looks like not cleaned for months.Stains on sheets.Need dusting in rooms.Overall it was not a good stay.Suggest to improve on cleanliness.Food was also not good.Well you are losing one regular customer as I am not gonna comebck here.

Hi all, please dont ever book a room from here, since I have an experience. Very bad Hotel service as well as management, if we book the room in advance we get a msg to pay advance, believing this hotel I paid the money but this b***** people didnt respond to us properly and they dont have a bit of courtesy to return the money since we said it was not enough for our family to stay saying it was not our mistake wat a cheap service providers and especially there is no contact between the Fab company who booked us this hotel through online and This hotel management people dont have courtesy to respond to any of our issues. We only wasted our money with these cheap people so called hoteliers and fab company..... Atlast we didnt even stay in this hotel for even an hour, even they were stubborn to not return the money inspite of not using a single bit a anythng in this hotel.... Hatsoff to such hotels👏👏👏really pathetic experience at Delhi which made us to regret a lot......please dont ever pay the advance, because they are least bothered to pay it back if we dont even stay/check in. First visit the hotel and then pay if it is fine.

I am very unhappy with one the staff of this hotel. I would like to give 0 star to this hotel. The guy in a fornt desk named Satish was very harsh, he treated us like his assistant and he tried to hit one of my friends too. Very unethical behaviour of the receptionist, he does not know how to treat his customers. If the management will kick out that receptionist then i would recommend or else I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel.Taking about other staffs, they were kind and gentle but the management should kick out satish for the wellness of hotell or else the remaining reputation of this hotel will sink if he will be there.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited in Delhi staff is not at all family they are very arrogant and they are there to eat just money place is also not in some good area I had accidentally booked room online for day only from the companies owned website but but when I went to the hotel and told them this scenario they committed that itll be done you will get your refund back and very next day the manager who came after the ship got changed he refused worst management and worst customer service we will never ever recommend this place to anyone straight no.
