Dear All,Complaint against Sarita (Preet Vihar-Branch)This mail is regarding to inform you is that yesterday I visited to Preet vihar branch for closing my Std. chartered bank account. And she told me that you have to go Green Park branch for closing this account as my account origin is Green park branch. And she even told me that she didnt give any approval for closing my account. So today I went to green park branch & account closing formality done in 5mins & a person who closed my account aware me that its not compulsary to come to origin branch for closing the account. An account can be closed from any branch all over India.What is this???....Is this is the behaviour to deal with the customer. I live in Ghaziabad & a person like her waste my time. Plz take some stringent action against her . Otherwise I will lodge a  complaint in consumer court.She thinks that she make us a fool.ThanksMayank

This is by far the best private bank in India as per my opinion.World class customer support; be it online banking, phone banking or anything. The guy at the reception is really humble and polite to talk to and addresses customers concern quickly. I see a lot of people complaining about this branch not picking up the phone. Guys, if you need to call the branch to do your work; youre doing the banking the wrong way!PS: Its the internet era.Cheers!

Very bad experience. Employees are not helpful I give them application for my account closure and its now more than 2 months my account is still active even helpline people also dont helped

Improve your service. Worst bank I have ever seen. Poor customer service. Unable to generate Pin ever-ever and unable to contact them via call , if call placed then they take 1-2 hour to respond. Poor website, no easy method or features to work.

Few no. Of customers, task completes early... But overall experience is so so...

Had some card issue. At the bank they told me to contact them via phone (though they all were sitting idealy). Worst service ever. Am giving 1 star as they atleast had water to drink for customer.

Never pick the call... wrong information provided on website...they call but give different statements then website and when other person called said something else.... i guess these people are confused what they want to do......
