Not satisfied with the service,i gave my redmi note 10 pro to replace the camera module.They fixed the issue but they used my phone about 2hr 47 min,also they didnt erased the data which usually all service centre do.

Staff by the name of deepika she is so rude. she dnt know how to talk with the coustomers.she is talk like she want to fight with us.

Staff is good and fully supported they speak polite with their customers. They serve excellent service.

I am going to take legal action against the fraud done by the staffs there , they are looting the costumer by creating multiple job sheets and charge unethically ( it is an offence under Section 463 of IPC ). bdw I am an advocate, so its somehow easier for me to fight against then. but i request you all to do complain against them and tag mi-india on twitter to shut down this service centre . Also I have a youtube channel with decent subscriber , so I will upload all the recordings and conversation against them on my YouTube channel.

My phones redmi note 9 proximity sensor was not working its was under warranty but when I visited the service station they asked me to replace full display and body for minor scratches costs 3500 only after replacement they will check my phone for the real issue...I just visited the kalka ji service station and get it replaced under warranty..They just check phones which are not in warranty to make lovely bills to customers.

I was facing problem in my Bluetooth earphone. I booked an appointment in SP Telecom and they entertained me very well. The staff is very polite and responsive. They changed my earphone within 15 minutes.Thank you SP telecom

I went here to remove heating issue in my mobile phone firstly they waste my 2-3hour and then just update the software but problem is not resolve I went next day again they waste my whole day and day after tomorrow they called me to pick my phone firstly they waste my day and behave very rude. They were not ready to listen any single point of any customer they just doing arguments . Very bad sorry worst staff behavior is suit on them

I love the girl who is on reception desk (on the right corner) she is very helpful and straight forward about your issue...Its open according to time.. get online token before you going..Very quick in doing their work.. My batter is changed in 30 mins and my other phones display is changed in 45 min thats literally insane and so quick.. 😁

Its one of the coolest service center.The way of talking to a customer is pretty good and makes the discount to if there is any chance for that service satisfaction can get you here.And one of the important part of this they consume less time or they will repair the mobile phone in the committed time given by them.One of the reasons to give four star they get very excited and after completing they rush the product in which i had forgotten my bill over there.But overall its nice

I call at morning for the availablity of redmo 6 pro battery and book appointment for the same day b/w 2 to 4 pm but when I reached at service center they denied and told me battery is not available

The staff is very very very unprofessional - they started abusing at us without any good reason. I bought an MI Lamp which was not working. Customer service said that the lamp will be replaced but the service center said that they wouldnt replace it even though I bought it 5 days ago. Please do not visit this centre at any cost. There is a clear risk of abusing and physical violence by the staff. Some customer care girl also picked up her bottle and threw at us when we refused to leave the centre without a solution.

Worst experience. I bought one mi TV stick from mi store. Very next day remote stopped working. After that I had submit the TV stick to this service centre for replacement. Its been 10 days and they didnt provide me new stick.

By mistake I spilled some water on my 12 days old phone. I took it to them. They changed some parts and charged me almost 6k and said they installed new genuine mi parts but just in 3-4 days I can experience slow speed of my new phone. These guys are complete ripoff. In case they offer u to pay for new parts it is better to get you phone serviced from some local shop. According to me they stole original parts and installed local parts

I visited the mi service centre and had a average experience. Much of the staff was ego stick and behaviour was like they are making favour on us. However, there was a staff girl named SHEETAL, her behaviour was best among them and her tone of talking was polite also rather than other staff where ego was sounding at the top, she helped me out insolving the query of the mobile as well as she was very cooperative also... My mobiles rear camera was changed within half an hour and service was good overall...

I had sent my Redmi Note 4 device to this centre on 07.08.2018 the nature and behavior of the staff of the Centre found very good and they had asked for some documents to verify the owner of device. After completing paper work they had started working on my device and they had done it promptly and return device with normal charges. Thanks to MI Service Personnel.

Worst experience ever. My Redmi 4 have battery backup issue. there representative told me to replace the battery which cost me 1356 rupees. after replacing the battery, backup even dropped for more. next day i went to report this, she told me sir smartphones itna hi backup dete hai like 2.5-3 hours. Not to mention, there technician didnt closed the phone properly. some wire was blocking the camera lense. they rectified it but left oily marks on the camera from inside. I might file an legal complaint against them.
