Would recommend this place if you would want to come here after having a confirmed booking for a test and then to be told that they dont do the test and then are given the number for a different centre and told to book a test for three days later. When you contest this, they claim that you wouldnt have given the correct name of the test, then ask for call records and messages and when all that is shown, they want to know the name of the individual that you had spoken to. Come here at your own risk or making sure that you know the names of everyone working here.

Mahajan Imaging is The leader in Imaging solutions in India. They have the latest and best equipment and highly trained staff. I have been to several of their centers in Delhi and I feel that all of then are run with great professionalism. The staff is extremely helpful, the center is immaculately clean and the ambience totally puts you at ease. Everyone from the gatekeeper to the front office staff to the doctors are extremely helpful and make sure that your visit goes smoothly. The reports arrive on or before the time given to you. Brilliant work!!!

Would have given a 0 if possible. There is no coordination between the staff. Ive waited for like 2.5 hours just for an MRI and they still have no answer as to when will my turn come. I would not recommend this place to any one

It is a very nice, neat and clean imaging facility. The entire staff is humble and very co-operative. Mr. Manoj Lamba is extremely helping, co-operative, courteous, keeps you updated regarding the wait time etc. My experience with this center has been consistently good and I always prefer to get my scans done from this center.

It was my first experience at Mahajan imaging. The place is absolutely immaculate and well done. Very clean with all staff carrying a sanitiser spray. The doctors are professional and detailed oriented. The front staff is very prompt. And most importantly bathroom facilities are spotlessly clean despite the traffic.Definitely a benchmark on health services in Delhi. Keep up the fantastic work.

Slowest place ever , its a pain to come here for a test , on an average you have to spend two hours for sure. Quality is good but the wait and the delay really irritates someone coming in. They take multiple appointments for the same time slot , upto to 4 people waiting for the same.No coordination and no responsibility taken by them acting as if they are doing us a favor. They charge you as soon as you fill up the forms so that you cant go away from here and then have to wait till hours.

Crowded place... mri reports should be more detailed..

We were called all the way from Gurgaon stating that they take all precautions and reports will be handed over in 30 mins as they are taking very few clients. We received almost 10 calls for booking services. But on reaching the service was just opposite. We had to wait for almost 3 hours for the tests and reports. Pathetic service. Complete time wastage. No professionalism.

There are very irresponsible labs. He took my sample of RTPCR on 21 April and today is 25 April. But have not given my REPORT yet. Nor are these people picking up their phones. I tried to talk with them on the chat option on Google Map, but it was also 24 hours but no response came. I did not understand what this report would do to me later when I would not be saved.

The staff are friendly and caring. it provides good health care facilities. best treatment and homely atmosphere. Proper sanitations is done especially during this pandemic

Horrible experience, they tell you they are doing CT scan for non covid patients only, But if you persuade they take covid patients also. I experienced it myself today. Mr Saptarshi Dasgupta took a patient who had come after me for CT Scan and i heard the full conversation. Not only he took him for CT scan his name for test was called before me. They have no system, no senior to address your complaint. They only give you a phone number if you have any complain/suggestion. In Covid times they are just focussed on making money at any cost.

Dont bother taking prior appointments here : the concept is lost on the front desk staff. Very effective as a firewall between the patient and the radiologist. The billing section has no rate list giving the impression that charges are arbitrary. And yes, the rates explained over the phone whilst taking an appointment magically gets inflated when entered into the system. This place lacks a human touch

FRAUD ALERT.They are just a bunch on while collar criminals i running the lab. I booked an appointment through mfine, its a lab advisor for hauz khas mahajan labs.The total amount was 2k, they charged 9k after completing the test. i even showed them the appointment email/sms. They said they found a problem in my LS spine and did a detailed scan, i had only asked for screening. They did the scan without my consent. I filed a case aganist them and sent them a legal notice, i recieved a threateting reply a few days back asking me to withdraw the case ill have to face results. I emailed them saying that they can keep my money as charity, i dont want the refund but i wont let the same happen to some other person. So i will not withdraw the case.

This is the worst center among all Mahajan branches, pathetic services from the front desk team. Even after giving appointment they do all the tests on their will. Dont even ask on the reports they just keep on delaying it for no reason! Worst lab, never take your loved ones here.

I booked Mahajan imaging 20 kms from house with 2x rate considering its review which I found later was my mistake . I was given time of 7 pm and I was assured that waiting can’t be for ~ more than 5-10 mins BUT to my surprise my waiting time was 50 mins where as I reached lab before appointment time ( can be cross checked with my billing time )At billing counter another person was informed that paying in advance is not mandatory but to me it was in advance ( by another executive ) which clearly states that it’s not professional organisation .I was informed over phone and at the time of billing that MRI images will be made available within max 30 mins which was not handed over post even 60 mins of waiting and then I had to leave without images whereas At the time of entering MRI room I was told that I can take a pen drive by paying INR 950 which was made available within 5 mins after payment .With above experience its clear that Mahajan imaging is not providing professional services at least I found it during my stay and interaction with these ppl where as charges are exactly double than normal imaging clinics ( not hospitals )A very bitter experience and will never visit again .

Mahajan imaging use to be great in past years .....I am the coustmer for past 17...18 years. But its not same ...just visited the Defence colony branch. Very unlikely professional and un helpfull staff....specially Ms. Anjana on reception. I had taken appointment and visit I was told you will get reports within half an hour or so .....while making appointments?? Once reached staff asking to send on e mail?? Or you should come back next day?? I prefer not to visit again and same I will recommend as well ....I am guessing Mahajan imaging got many clinics now so ....they can behave rudely ??

Poor service and they take advance and they dont return back. Directors are also not taking care of this loot . They are also a part of this loot .

They have taken sample, the payment and refuse to provide a receipt! Shocking. Plus no one there has a clue what happened to the lab tests. Even the guy who came for collection says he doesn’t know anymore. Skip them. Bhasin at GK is professional.

Excellent Place. Beautifully decorated to provide an ambiance that calms you down as some get anxious before an MRI (including me :-) ) . Very courteous staff and smooth process ensured that we were in and out within an hour (2 MRIs) . The fact that they are open till late evening (I guess 11 pm) is another plus. Overall, we were truly impressed with the facility and the process. Now, we are hoping that the results and the reports will also be credible.

Being there for a scan was an anything but an medical facility feel with great decor,ambience and ever helpful staff.

Outstanding service. I came in on a Monday morning at 10:20 for walk-in service and was finished with x-rays by 10:45. That includes filling out the paperwork, sitting in the middle waiting room (not the front one) and the quick x-rays. The waiting room was nice like a spa. Soft music, soft lighting and water bottles. Afterwards my handler walked me back and got me filter coffee. English spoken here is great and the people are friendly and fast. They are going to email my images to my clinic. Well done.

Very unprofessional , no concept of others time . Expensive too. Clean interior but they overcharge for it .An ultrasound appointmentfor 3rd Feb 2020 at 12.15 pm for my wife Meenakshi Anand was not started even by 1.30 pm.At the counter the lady was going on saying 15 mins ...10 mins.. and so it went on.Zero consideration for the patients time. Avoid.

I have visited many times at the centre along with high dignitaries. The facilities at the centre are world class, machines are latest and accurate one and the staff is highly efficient, courteous and fully trained in their respective fields .

Mahajan Imaging will always be super special to me. Mahajan Imaging and Dr. Harsh Mahajan are the reason my mothers breast cancer was detected at an early stage and treatment could be done in good time. While everyone else told my mom that the lump was nothing to worry about, Mahajan Imaging had a different opinion. Mahajan Imaging insisted that we need to have a biopsy done in spite of everyone else telling us that there was no need. Thank God we did! Fully deserve the 5 Stars that so many have given!

Poor experience. I got rescheduled 3 times. I even met the doctor before the MRI and clearly described the problem. The amount quoted was 8000. Then when on MRI I was told that they will do front foot separately and heel separately and charge 16000.I just dont understand why harass a patient like that?I think there are enough other places where you could get better treatment.Eventually I did not get the MRI done here.

Always had a great experience here for years with diagnostic tests. They are courteous and swift with the results. Definitely one of the best service providers in this field.

Good facilities, helpful staff, good service. But they messed up my appointment timing and billing counter didnt accepted an okay looking 2000 rupees curreny note from me saying that it got some oil on it. Next day I took the same note to my bank and they said nothing wrong with it.

Not a great experience. From the moment you enter unfriendly staff with scorns on faces. Three registration counters, who also double up as tele counsellors, take ages to fill forms, ironically the cashier is also counselling patients on phone. There is one card swipe machine and if it is not friendly to your card, the wrath of the most infriendly cashier is on you.Now then if you request urgency, they would make sure to coax you into paying and getting it done in express mode, once you paid, god help you.Money making factory in the garb of essential service. Never ever am i using their services again and i request people to take thoughtful decision before going there

Having booked an appointment a day in Advance, there is no sanctity of the same. Our patient was kept waiting for one and a half hours without proper communication whatsoever and to top it all the staff at the reception kept changing the reasons for the long wait we were subjected to. Moreover they didn’t bother to inform us of the status even after enquiring with the MRI staff. Total apathy and lack of concern. Dated 09.03.2019

Nice ambience, very courteous and attentive staff and above all latest equipments and machines used for diagnosis.

An imaging laboratory with established reputation, they offer best of their services bundle. I have been a regular to their other centres for years, and this recently opened centre offers superb services as their other centres. They have a range of diagnostic facilities available, including x-ray, digital x-ray, ultrasonography, dopplers, CTs and MRIs, and I can certainly say that all these equipment are probably the latest and best in the industry. Fees are a little higher, but the quality makes up for that. Location is great, on the Ring Road, parking may be a challenge though. Staff is friendly and offer all the assistance to patients with a smile. Wait times may be longer without an appointment. One of the best labs in Delhi.

After months of followup elsewhere and getting MRIs, I think the radiologist at Mahajan imaging has correctly found condition for my hip pain. Lets see how the treatment goes, but its worth the money than missing out things in cheaper MRIs elsewhere.

Amazing service

This lab was recommended to me by ladsadvisor cc representative and she also informed 2 days prior appointment is needed to make proper arrangements for infant. I received a confirmation msg with book Id 20649. I immediately rang up mahajan lab to confirm timing to which their representative replied she will have somebody call me back on Monday regarding same as my appointment is for Tuesday 3rd april 18. I received no call on Monday hence called MI myself to be informed there is no booking under my name. After couple of frustrating calls in which I was promised a call back but never received one finally they accepted my appointment but still were forcing me to come down at 9 am to which I said is not possible due to my daughter’s medicine timing and also I need 1 hour travel time. Again a false call back promise. Next I talked to this female representative who suggested me to take next day appointment to which I accepted thinking I will get my convenient time but again she forced me to come down at 10 again I denied siting my reason to which this good lady cut me off in middle by saying “aap rehne do madam .....” . Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour.

One thing I loved that is they always offer tea & coffee if u are waiting as just like we always offer tea or coffee to our guest who ever come to my house....It is not a big thing but it showing that how much we respect to our guest/customers..Keep it up

No doubt, the facilities are good, for ex they have MRI Scan 3.0 Tesla, which is the most advance in India as of now.But the staff in the receptionist are neglected to FAQ. I went to collect my report by showing the receipt and UID no. but they didnt even look at my receipt, and kept on looking on their system, which made me wait for awhile, at last I couldnt wait any longer, so i scolded them to which they gave my report. This kind of behaviour is not professional at all, at least they should have the courtesy to respond when someone asked a question.Another incident was, they called me up at morning to report at 7pm then later in the evening at around 6pm, they asked me to come immediately, so basically they are misleading the schedule for reporting there which I didnt liked it at all. Will never go here again but mind you, the same branch is situated in Hauz Khas , they seem to function perfectly fine
