A nice place to place some quick bites at an affordable prices. Liked the food alot, decent environment with really good music. Staff is also very polite and loved their gol gappas. But was disappointed with the shake. Parking is a problem if you wish to visit here in your own vehicle. Infrastructure needs to be repaired.

Ive visited here with my family for dinner. Previously I made 2 or 3 visits with my friends, but it was now different.1. The Ambience was good but infra needs to be repaired as I saw the common ac was throwing water out in the mid of the cafe which was very uncomfortable.2. The food quantity was good but quality and taste was quite less than the previous visits.3. The prizes are really reasonable and pocket friendly.I hope to looking forward mentioned changes in the future.

The disturbing thing is the menu items are expensive plus they charge service charge of 10% as well, for what? For the poor service? The food is bad. The street food around Karol Bagh Metro is way better, tastier and cheaper. We ordered 6 items and only received 4, 2 items they forgot, and we didnt bother to ask as we got the idea of the food. I will not recommend any of Imlys branch for a fun time. No photos were taken as they were not photo worthy.

Visited thia place first time...after hearing a lot of word about this place.First thing, the location can be easily identified from the main road, very well situated. Next come the parking for car, which is not at all available at this location, just can try finding space in the nearby lanes.Further the food taste was okay, service was fast at the night time. The plus point is the ambience they have created which is totally apt for the cafe look.Food presentation is great, however the taste was not at par which I was expecting.

Not as though, its better to go on to other one( other imly cafe). This is very low grade in sence of cutlery, quality and service. Only plus is jain food option.

On 28th of aug,I visited that cafe .I was very disappointed with their service even their food is not food and prices are too high.Apart from price taste of momos and pizzas are also so bad.Really not suggest anyone to visit.

Quirky place. Nice lively and cosy place. Riot of color everywhere from the chair to the plates. Serve food in different innovative ways. Taste is very good. Vegetarian options only. This place is really amazing and beautiful, interior were so good and seating was comfortable. Located in karol bagh near metro station. Recently I tried this outlet, its a perfect place for hangout with friends and family. As usual, the food is fine and same as other imly chains but they dont serve south Indian dishes like cheese dosa. Also, the service is very poor. Even they didnt serve us water and after asking them.it came almost at the end of our food. They served dishes but forgot to serve plates and after asking them, it also came late. They are very slow in all these things.

I ordered Hakka Noodles, Mix Sauce pasta and Tandoori Momos sizzler... The noodles and pasta were delicious but momos werent that good. The service was bit late, I guess that would be due to Covid as staff was low.... I am deducting there one star for that and also the quantity was little bit less for the price... But overall it was a good experience and would definitely go there again...

Today i went to this place with my friends. The seating and the ambience was very nice. The service quality was superb. The Staff was very polite. We ordered purani dilli kulhad palak rice , gud paratha with ice cream , gajar ka halwa, makki di roti with sarso saag, bun tikki and their momos platter from their winter menu. The presentation of items were just amazing. The food was very good in taste. You can feel the home made flavours here.All the items are excellent Ill definitely go again for sure! Last week i visited this cafe in karol bagh with friends to try their special chaat attack menu which is only availble from12oct to 15nov,nd honestly they have really good flavourfull chaats.we tried most of the items from the chilli paneer katori chaat, matar kulch sandwich & fride momos chaat,i personally like vada pav inside out and jalebi chaat this somthing i never tried before nd i love it.if u guyz love to try these chaats thn hurryup before u lost this opportunity.

I recently visited this place to try its chaat items which will be served till 15th of november.It has exceptionally different chaats like momos chaat ,vada pao , kalmi kebab chaat and many more items.I am a pure vegetarian and this place is a delight for me. I also had pao bhaji, matar kulcha chaat, jalebi chaat, jalebi rabdhi, chinese platter and also i tried its cold coffee, banta shikanji, mango shikanji, oreo shakeoverall 5/5 from mys side to this place

The condition of restaurant, including cleanliness, was questionable. The service also took a lot of time.Food was good and authentic, and twists on Indian chaat was lovely.

1. Service: It was extremely slow and negligent. On continuous complaining only they finally paid attention. Main reason of reducing the rating.2. Menu: quite impressive and extensive although they dont make fresh tea rather they serve tea made from machine which was disappointing.3. Food: We had ordered filter coffee and tandoori veg Momos. Filter coffee was just okay. But Tandoori Momos were total hit. They were very filling, juicy and delicious. It was served with green mint yogurt chutney which was decent too. On request they gave red chutney also which was not so great.

The location is great. Its just right beside Karol bagh metro station gate. The ambiance is peppy. The food was good but little heavy on pocket if you consider value for money . There is amble sitting space on ground floor as well as first floor.

This is the new outlet of imly cafe which is adjacent to the Karol Bagh metro station. The gol gappe are a must try here along with the cheese burst dosa. Good ambience and price of the food is not high as compared to other cafes. We also had cheese pav bhaji which was quite average. The cheese and corn momos were good. The dahi ke sholey were also good in taste.

Visited For birthday celebrations but no support from staff for cake purchase. And ordered food received in half hour.. And there is cheap quantity with high value.. Water bottle charged for 70 Rs... So you can get better idea about the menu price... Must visit the place if you want to take pictures.. Bcoz interior and design are really very good...

I have been to imly many times ... They have a varients of Chaat and they gave those Chaat in a very decorative manner..like I had dahi gol gappe which they gave in a wheel ...and the ambience is also very decorative as the restaurant is made like a train structure..

Imly cafe in Karol Bagh is just below the metro station very accessible to reach out there.They have started their monsoon menu from 2 days back. In this they serve various things like pakora platter, palak patta, Afghani bhutta, bread tikki and corn chaat etc.The staff is so courteous and helpful. Ambience is very calm anfld relaxing. Food is good but service is very bad. Waiter does n ot know what is available and what is not. They dont know about dishes too. Always explaining wrong to the customer. Floor manager is also confused. This outlet is mismanaged. If you know what to eat, then it is ok. Else you will not be helped and will have to order something which is very common. Menu items are not available and they say menu has been updated. Then where is the new menu ??You should avoid visiting this place... Better go to any other cafe/restaurant.

It is a nice place. Me and my friend ordered North indian paneer makhani and butter naan with raj kachori. Although we also ordered pineapple raita which is not available.It is a very nice experience overall.

Celebrated my birthday here with friends. Food was awesome, quantity was also sufficient as per the price. Only thing they lack upon is service. This was my first time, but my friends experienced the same during the previous visits. They have to increase the staffing to maintain serving time. staff was courteous till the time we asked them to remove the 10 % service charge applied on our bill, which we thought, shouldnt paid due to their slow service. The moment we told them to remove the manager got offended and started behaving weird, which is not at all acceptable. I urge the higher management of IMLI to train their staff to remain calm and accept their flaws rather then getting offended.

Quality has really degraded. Had one if the best tandoori momos earlier. Imly used to be my go to place for momos. Recent orders have been very disappointing. The tikki was dry as if unprepared. The tandoori momos were only fried and not even slightly grilled, felt as crispy as a pakora. Never ordering again.

The charm of Imly restaurant was not at all there. Rabri was watered down. Taste was also missing.Really disappointed. Only providing 2 stars because it was easy on my pocket.

The food here is really tasty. Its one of the best restaurants in Karol Bagh. And the KitKat milkshake is really yummy. The chaats here have unique flavours and the pasta is also delicious. I loved the ambience too.

Located just near Karol Bagh Metro. On my recent visit to the Cafe, found the behavior of the staff very unprofessional. Had to ask for water to be served, plates to be laid, table to be cleaned, spoon had to be requested. Food quality is good though. The Eco Thali is fulfilling. Noodles and Chaats are too good. Ambience is ok.

Amazing place...great food..

Its a great place to sit and eat with family and friends.they have so much options in food. I tried many of their dishes. I luv matar kulcha, cholle bhature, jalebi rabri and chats.Drinks are fine, you can try their pinaapple shikanji. The staff is really nice and they are too responsive to ur complains and try to correct it as early as possible. There is portable chargers so you can charge your phone while eating. Its very convenient because its close to metro station.

Liked the Place . Been here for couple of times. The atmosphere is vibrant and calm at the same time. I have tried the complete meal (Thali) here and i would say it justifies its price (but not fully) because the 2nd time i went there the food was i thought served to us was not prepared freshly and was heated before serving and thats why i have rated one star less. Overall service quality is adequately good and covid norms are also followed here (but not with fully tightness). You can give this restaurant a shot if you want something different and little bit away from the regular delhi style food.

Beware of their water bottle and the GST they include in the bill. They give a water bottle which is of ₹70 without telling the customer. Also they added the GST on water bottle and then again added that price in the final bill on which again GST was applied. Ambience is good and location too.
