Recently I went to Manali by valvo bus through Flag India Holiday. It is the best travel agency. The management & planning by agency was great. Specially Suendar ji is so helpful, anytime you need a help, he is always ready to help. The behavior of hotel and cab staff was good. Hotel room & meals was also good.But candle night dinner is not upto standard provided by hotel North villa. So please confirm before booking in this hotel if your expectation is high.Thanks to Surendar ji and Flag Holiday.

Family tour for 6N/7D via volvo from Delhi to manali shimla and kullu. We had a great time (During Winter Season)Below are some points in detail :Good to know :Volvo Bus, the seats were in well condition.A/Cs were in good condition( though not needed ).Provided blankets ( Will not prefer to use thoroughly just use it for your lower body to cover ).3 star Hotels in deluxe packageHotel Rahat Regency and Hotel Rhythm Retreat both were good.Amenities, services, food everything was really good. Good view from the balconies, properly sanitized everything.But yes, you ll need room heaters there and that ll charge you extra around 500₹ but you can bargain it upto 250₹.Also I would suggest to visit these places in the month of december if you really want to see the beauty of himachal pradesh. Mainly the snowfall !Things to know :From delhi terminal 2 to R K Ashram gate no 2 (volvo pick up point) by police taxi charged us around 400/-Volvo(Paradise Travels) payment - Person will prefer to get the payment by cash. So keep cash along with you.While going back to delhi from shimla, ll have to change 2 vehicles. So we travelled by traveller from 9pm-3am and then by volvo and reached at around 7:30am in delhi.FYI, mall road in shimla is better than manali. And shawl factory of kullu ll cost you more than our other markets.Complaints :1. Reporting time was 5:30pm at R K ashram pillar no 10 near gate no 2 but it took 1-1:30 hr in standing(No sitting arrangement no office) with all our luggage on the foot path n then the bus started at around 6:45.2. Also while keeping the luggage in the bus, it charges 20/- per bag which i found “lootna”.3. Didn’t take any break till 11:15pm not even for washroom.4. Also no one will inform you that the bus is going to have a stop at 10-15 min or having a stop for what purpose, you yourself have to ask again n again for such things.5. Bus stopped at around 12:40am for dinner n we resumed at around 1:30am.So overall, it was really a good journey for whole 7 days if i exclude this delhi to manali by volvo.Thanks to Flag India Holidays and team Amandeep Kaur, they managed all the things in well manner.Recommended!

A good Volvo bus, co operation staff in the hotel, beautiful location of the hotel though the hotel was quite away from mall road but it was nice.
