Nice facility. The negatives is that everyday u need to pay for your parking ticket and second it’s pretty expensive as well. The positives it’s a well spread out gym with “working “ well maintained machines.

Hands down one of the best gyms in the area. Its a little expensive but you can push the admin for good deals. Its a 2 storey behemoth, with a shower area, studio, canteen and its divided based on the type of workout.Theres also a in house dietician and a bot fat percentage measuring machine.

I joined fitness first with lot of expectations, i never found any staff helping you for training, they will only help you if you take personal training. I decided to take a personal training after realizing it as they have very few General Trainers max 2-3 who are also busy in finding clients to make money. Wamiq is the trainer name who started giving me training, you hire trainer so he can motivate you and help you to achieve your goals but, this guy fell short of my expectations as he is happy when you are not coming to the gym rather he should motivate you to come.Few days back i took a break as i was not keeping well this guy without taking my consent stopped giving me training and started training other member at my time slot. Overall if you have money in your pocket to spent than these people are ready to help which is not a case in other gyms. You still find cooperative staff and General trainers are available to help you in other gyms .Front desk staff is still good and empathetic in this gym but you need trainers to achieve your goals who are money minded here specially wamiq.

I love working out here. The place is comfortable, clean, not as crowded as some of the other gyms in saket, the staff is good to work with and the coffee is awesome!Im glad I switched gyms.

Its only iconic by words . You will have to settle for 10year old technology in terms of equipments. The good thing about this place is the people interaction. Staff is very helpful, trainers are well trained and knowledgeable. This place needs new equipments

Loved my experience here.. joined for 3 months and loved to go and workout, whether it was a yoga class or just some time on the treadmill or weights. Good facilities... Great locker room and shower. Also the cardio all have entertainment systems. Clean. Basically pretty good. Only con is the price.

Fabulous gym with good equipment & large workout areas. Very courteous staff and knowledgeable trainers. I’ve been working out at Fitness First Iconic (Select City Wall) for a couple of years now and would highly recommend it. I wish they could figure out a way to open earlier than 0630 hrs 😊

Poor if you compare with the prices of FF. Outdated machines, lack of updated weight training and other functional machines, non cooperative trainers, fraud business relation manager of FF (because they conceal T&C agreement when we become member with a view to extort money in future) and ultimately total chaos. Space wise its good. But for pro athletes I would not recommend.simply because of lack of basic and vital gym equipments. Overall average if you compare with the prices they are charging against their service, I guess not even 30 per cent FF providing

Its been three years since I have been a member here. Great place to work out, unlearn and learn a lot about fitness. Wish all the members, staff and trainers keep working together to keep the facilities hygienic, clean and running. Best wishes.

Decent, well maintained space, bigger than most gyms around - the only reason to go here. But expensive, extremely poor service and customer care. They lie about their services to make you sign up. They only care about making money.The trainers are not interested in helping you unless you go for personal training because they dont get paid base salary and only get paid on the basis of personal training hours.

Fitness First is only interested in making money by hook or crook. While showcasing the facilities to a potential member/customer, they promise the Moon. However, they commit false promises about the fee & tenure to close the sale. 3rd Rate Gym & organisation. Very expensive.STAY AWAY, specially Ladies... lots of ruffians in the gym whose only criteria is to lech at women.STAY AWAY

Ultimate place for workout

One of the poorest experiences Ive ever had. The rigidity of the management is just astounding and their primary objective is to extract every penny possible. The place is overcrowded and you waste a lot of time just waiting for your turn. My advice is to stay away from this place. They ripped me off the whole time citing some vague conditions from their contract. I would have recommended this place for my organization but I was appalled by the lack of concern for the clients situation and the unwillingness by management to make even the slightest of concessions. Im going to recommend Golds Gym for my organization. Sorry fitness first.

5 star gym, located at level 5 in select city walk mall, saket. Fees is very expensive and you have to pay the parking fees if you are coming by your own vehicle. To save 50% parking fees you can ask the parking slip from reception area after your session. It is probably the most expensive gym in Delhi, NCR area. The equipments are the best in industry, locker facility, steam and a nice cafe and healthy eatery, internet section. The crowd is also nice. Personal trainers are way to expensive, though their charges are more than the yearly membership if you want to hire them for 2 months. Fitness nutritionist is also available at the gym but it costs extra charges too.

Over hyped gym . 10000 rupees just for registration charges. Which is ridiculous even for people who can afford it. You show a sign of disinterest for those charges they seem to be able to waive half or more off at their convenience which seems like a shoddy scam .And they register you credit card from which money gets cut even if you dont go . A gym is not bank or mutual funds account to deduct money at the start of the month. Again there are people who dont mind .doesnt mean a scam lie this should be allowed

Its all show and glamour on advertisings but lacks the soul in a gym in real life. The Reception is not there to help on your financial questions and always try and dodge and delay. The Gym is definitely not worth 7k a month they charge is just an average gym with old machines and sub par facilities.I would rank this as one of the worst gyms in terms of customer satisfaction. They will not cancel your membership even if you tell them in advance and they would always say that the sales consultant who has dealt with you is not present, or bust with another customer or is working out but dont have time to call back and no one else would cancel. Seems like a scam attempt. Please think thrice before paying them anything.

A very well made gym, with state of art equipment and very good environment.One floor consists of cardio and weights and the floor above is more about group classes/ lounge / a juice bar : and other recreational activities + spa.P.s - since its situated in one of the very good locations in Delhi ( Select Cory Walk Mall ), the fee structure of this gym is exceptionally high. High enough to become a deal breaker, so please note this gym for sure is an Elite gym. Dont judge it only for the value for money factor.

Be aware if you are starting Gym for first time. Fitness First will not inform you about the extra cost of trainer or dietitian which is not included.I discovered these expenses after joining the club and i ended up my 3 months without learning anything. It was waste of time and money.

The most awesome place I v been to.I v just joined some days back and heres my review for this awesome and cool place.This Gym is a game changer and this place is not just a gym Its fun, entertaining, friendly and enjoyable place where we can come at anytime and any number of times a day. One can stay here for the whole day as along with workout and group activities, one can make new friends, do office work on urgent basis, and many other things too which can only be discovered once you come here. They got facilities of two apple macs for us to access internet . Group activities like Zumba and others are too much fun. Everything is perfect here and yes we can take personalized training and personalized diet plan as well.They also have cafeteria and nice ambience with great music.And yes a very special note to a special person named BHAWNA SHARMA, my Personal Nutritionist .............She is the best person I have met as she understood all my health problems, told me everything I should eat for better health and life. With her extensive knowledge, she recommended me the best diet plan for healthier lifestyle.I have many more words to say but actually I need to take some sleep now so I end here.

The gym is great for cardio focused individuals, the lack of weights and hygiene was bothering.

I was thrilled to know that a diet plan of Bindu Bajaj (nutritionist)It fitness first would do miracles and become an incentive for me to be fit and healthy. I lost 1.4% body fat, Gained my muscle mass by 30 units . My BMR increase in 6 days .She remarkable conducted the quiz on health ,food and Fitness on FItness Friday.The punch line of the session was lock kardiya jaye in her melodious voice. :)Binduji Tusi great ho.Keep it up👍

Too expensive in pandemic

Recently, I decided to leave Fitness First Saket and here are a few reasons why I took this decision after being with them for over 6 years:Firstly, Fitness first lacks basic customer grievence handling skills. Their answer is mostly I dont know or simply NO to everything you will ask for. Very high headed, snobbish and full attitude. Management team top to bottom does not respect their customers /members and worse not even their employees !!!Here is why I left them after being their member for 6 years ! Be Aware also as they are now just after cheating pockets of customers at every possible situation...# Being an old client they had put me on the highest billing rates. When asked why I am paying the highest they replied that if I argure they will put me on a higher rate plan than what I am paying also !!# I-Cards being misplaced in the gym and not to be traced, because its a revenue generation mechanismMany members now complaining about the same iCard lost issue, everyone has a opinion that this is a money making scheme,as you guys charge 500/- each time for a new card ... so thats why no ones card is found if lost ... earlier we always found the cards immediately upon dropping somewhere by mistake !# No i-Card holders being issued now to anyone, so the slim card can easily get dropped while exercising !!# Our doubt is that Pankaj Diman (their CGM) and his team has converted this into revenue generation method ! You will end up dropping your I Card once in a while and you will never find them again for sure !!# Loss of articles :If you loose anything, gaurantted you will not find it again especially if its a valuable item like perfumes, lotions, shoes, cash etc etc...Recently I lost my expensive Nike shoe (worth 15k). Reported to front office, but surprisingly they told me that most likely some of the GYM MEMBERS has stolen my shoe !! Informed Pankaj Diman their CGM and he said this most likely this is the truth also! Shocked with this response that you are now blaming the gym members and not willing to check your own house first!!# Gifts/ Goodies offered for recommending members to FFI recommended many members who joined FF in last two to three years and NEVER received any goodies. Usually the process is that you have to BEG the front office for your goodies.Other issues:-# Hand Towels always not available after 8 pm … almost 3 times a week or more!!# Shower towels also not available atleast 3 to 4 times a month,especially after 8 pm (3-4 times a month noticed by me maybe it happens more than this)# Towels are old and tacky and hence unhygenic !!# Trainers are all new and unexperienced. Many members who joined could not find the right trainer in the gym# Locker keys are not functioning smoothly .. we need to keep rubbing the ICARD on the reader to close the door and its getting worse by the day!Is the ICONIC gym not suppose to offer all this especially when they have just increased the rates by 4% ????Above all the main point is that the attitude of the gym staff including Pankaj is spoiling Fitness First brand for saket !I gave these feedback to FF managers and Mr. Vikram Bhatia (MD) and they simply asked me to leave, if I dont like their attitude...!!!!Means, if any one complained in the Fitness First about their service or attitude, then they will be asked to leave...and their grievances will NEVER get resolved ?? Same attitude for FF employees too!! I pity some of their good employees, who go through harassment by their management daily basis ... !!!All your old employees (Trainers, Front Office, Sales team etc) either in the process of leaving or have left, because of high headedness of FF management !!!Anyway done with my feedback now, thanks for your patience to read this through and good luck for future.Please feel free to share your feedback and lets break their attitude they show to members via this page.
