Purchased a Sony SBH24 product from Amazon, sold by Varun Electronics (plot no 28). Received with broken seal and missing data cable, although the cable is mentioned on the product box.Now i can say that i received a used product from the Amazon and they does not go through Quality Assurance before selling any product.Such a shame.
