I went there with my friends so I ordered Afghani chicken and Chicken Korma its was really good taste and I really loved it

Once upon a time this place used to be known for serving quality food in terms of taste, quantity and freshness. Though it still retains above said things but not to the extent which was earlier or is expected. However, this time I tried same dishes which is known to be well served from Jahangeer Foods. Tried Mutton Nihari, Chicken Korma along with Khameeri Roti. Curries were okay not too good, but I will still mark them more towards good if I rate them between good and ok. Khameeri Roti was not at all freshly prepared which must ideally be. We had to ask the hotel staff to heat both the curries twice. This was something disappointing. Hope they serve hot food and maintain their quality in future.

So after a lot of hype at this place!!We went there and tried butter chicken tikka and chicken korma with kahmiri roti!!Both were so good!!Korma gravy was amazing!!Sitting was comfortable too!!Charges are okay !!Overall a must visit place for sure for dining with family and friends!!

I am really surprised to check the real quality and service offered by Jahangir Restaurant, and looked up at the paid reviews what they have shown, WORST HOTEL dont recommend

Taste n everything was good. Just one thing, they accepted only cash payment mode. No upi, no paytm nothing.

Amazing food. I have tried korma from several places (the famous ones). For eg. Nazeers , Al-Jawahar and Ghalibz etc. But no one could beat it. Do try laccha Parantha , 1 parantha is enough for the whole meal for 1 person.

Being a vegetarian options were limited . The taste was ok and nothing great. For non vegetarian lovers it might be a decent option. Sitting area is on first and second floor but the stairs are very steep. Might be an issue with old people. Best part was that its next to parking area , so therefore you can reach here directly.

A place on the mains of Ansari Road, easily spot-able.The guys look clean & well versed with what they serve. Very few resturant coming from this area looks this hygienic.Not just this, they serve some amazing delicacies. The NIHARI they serve has an amazing flavor to it. I also had MUTTON KORMA, it had the distinct flavour punch of Afghani Masalas and it had an aroma that made it look/feel more authentic on the tongue.The prices wont hole your pocket at all. I come here only for Mutton coz they are best in this.Deducting 1 star for not accepting DIGIAL PAYMENTS.

The food is good... But the staff aint so co operative.... They usually try to rush you as soon as you have eaten.... Used to be a much better place than it is now... Maybe because the owners have changed.

I am going to this place from 6-7 years and this is one of my best places to have non veg food and chicken lollypop and tandoori chicken is my favourite dishes.

Food is good, but remember if you are with family then you have to climb up the stairs to second flood. Staff here is not clear and don’t use make all the time they don’t even have sanitizers.Prices are too much. No space for parking. It is in the centre of daryaganj crossing.If you wish to eat here we recommend you to order via swiggy or Zomato online.

One of the good places to eat at in Jama Masjid area. Great Mutton nihari, butter chicken. Tandoori Butter chicken is a must try when in Delhi 6 and this is one of the best. They have a sitting area upstairs for families and one separate area for bachelors. Both are air conditioned and decently hygienic as per that areas standards. Located right at the corner on the main road, can easily be noticed from a moving car.

Food was yummy but only thing which they lack is they dont accept any card or upi payments they only accept cash.

One of the overhyped hotel, worst service, worst hotel management very arrogant, only cash accepted seems avoiding paying taxes to the government, I do not recommend anyone to go there, most of their reviews are paid one who actually never eat their food, Price is like 5 star hotel quality is average, over priced food actually, A big No to this Cheater 3rd class hotel!

One of the best places to have non vegetarian food. They have a vast menu for chicken, mutton, fish etc.they have sitting arrangement as well on the 1st & 2nd floor.Family sitting is different and is on the second. Aged people will have issue climbing the steep stairs.Their mutton keema is really good and the best combination is with khamiri roti.You can even have a take away or have it there on open.Overall a must for non vegetarians.They don’t have valley facility but parking isn’t an issue as it at the circle so you can park nearby. One can even have it in their cars.

We ordered chicken changhezi and chicken biryani. Biryani was ok but the changhezi was not good. They do not have normal water and charge for it.

Jahangeer foods one of old reasuatrant in dariya ganj. It opend other key chain reasturant which are closed now. I usually go there because of good quality food. Chicken llloypop, biryani, chicken korma, nihari, chicken strew are very good. They have good sitting for family as well.

Had the mutton seekh kabab roll, chicken tikka, dal makhni and naan which were all delicious. Food was served quite quickly and tasted fresh.

Food wasnt as per standard.. we ordered mutton barra..pieces was undone from inside and crust was burnt. In mutton nihari spices and taste does not match to any nihari.. its seems like korma instead of nihari. Prices are too high according to quantity. overall cleaning was up to the mark but prices and quality not.

Ordered 2 half Lollipop Chicken, Half Mutton Nihari, Khamiri rotis and cold drink. Total bill came around Rs. 800. Price wise its good for the quality of food they give.The Chicken Lollipop was awesome, the quantity they gave was adequate. I did not try Mutton Nihari before, so I thought to give it a try. Personally, I dont like to eat mutton, but the Nihari they gave was good. I was not satisfied with quality of Khamiri Roti, that was a little disappointment.Its not a big restaurant, a small one with 3 storeys. Ambience wise average and the staff service was good.At the end my experience was good, I would recommend to give it a try as it has good quality of food at affordable price.Nearest metro station is Jama Masjid. Exit from Gate No. 1.You can also try sweets in the Jama masjid area nearby, the local shopkeepers keeps good variety of sweet items, all homemade. Although I cant assure you about whether its hygeinic or not as they keep it in open.

Awesome food. One will find number of delicious food items epitomize roasted/ fried / gravy. Such as chicken tikka, mutton, boneless chicken, etc. But one of my favorite is chicken changezi, its aroma is outstanding and its taste is apart from normal chicken. Along with non veg it also have khameeri roti which is one of the speciality of Muslims and generally youll find such kind of taste in dariya ganj.Its amazing.
