Hira sweets Kirti Nagar, (A Big Name but Worst quality and Staff)I went Hira sweets Kirti nagar ordered Jalebi It was Totally Sour in TasteI Talked there at counter about the quality, Mr. Pathak Tasted and accepted sourness in jalebibut He refused to change..poor service and poor behaviour of staff

Polite staff and tasty food. The restaurant is well maintained and hygienic. Breakfast menu is also available. Unlike their competitors HR and Bik, they serve food to the table which is also nice. Overall was a great experience dining here.

Taste is good .. but environment is not good washroom not good and not serviceable.

There are a variety of Indian sweets and prices are also affordable. They sell packed dry fruits also in gift packs. Meals can also be taken and sitting is also available. Nice place in such a busy area.

The place was completely packed. The staff makes no effort to expedite the take away orders or to ensure social distancing. There is also no way to make sure that orders placed first, should get a priority in packing.

Today in this pandemic time this restuarant is maintaining very good quality of hygiene and food was also awesome 😋

A good place to enjoy food with friends and family.

They have one of a king sweet in balushahi and emarti. Many sweets are above par. Much much better than any of haldirams, this I can bet, in terms of food taste and excluding moti chur ladu of haldiram which is better.

The place is nice in terms of ambiance. But the food lacks a good taste when it comes to Chinese and South Indian. Out of 3, 2.5 stars are for ambiance.

I recommend not to go on Sunday or any occasion day. my experience was very poor. Staffs get less when restaurant is full of customers, I waited for 10 min. to get the bill and 15 min.to get food. When we come to food it was so pathetic and it was stale. Unable to eat the complete and after eating I was vomitting. Too much noisy environment, I recommend if you love peace dont go you will get headache also.

Balushai of this place is very good

Its rare to see a place doing justice with all the dishes on the menu, taste wise. But this is one of them. Almost every dish we tried was delicious. The variety is quite large, which makes the place even more amazing. The service was quite timely. Though it would have been better to see more hygienic practices undertaken from the waiters side during the pandemic time(not touching the glasses with unsanitised hands, etc.). Overall a good place, and very cost-effective too.P.S. Dosa is a must try!

Was here for dinner on a fine day and sharing my experience on that visit.Ordered Shahi Paneer, Mix Veg and Butter Naan and services observed little delayed. Things served were average in taste.There was shortage of drinks thus unable to get any.

They also have great range of Cakes, Pastries Biscuits Chocolates etc. The show is being managed by the staff very efficiently. They are quiet courteous.
