I have visited this place first time with one of my friends and ordered deluxe thali and taste was finger lickin good.There are few thigs i would like to mention...1. There is no parking place so vehicle needs to be park on road side.2. Wheelchair parking is not available.3. wheelchair entrance is not available as restaurant is quite high from road level.4. Service in car is not available.5. Staff is courteous and professional.6. Different types of food variety is available... North Indian, Chinese, Dakshin Continental.7. It was first visit after lockdown and really enjoyed the lovely/tasty food specially the kesariya jalebi. Though limited food items are available due to thin strength.

Excellent place for sweets and snacks. Big positive: Taste of each sweets are authentic. It is a clean place and well coordinated staff. Big negative: sweets are slightly costly.

I really liked the butter masala dosa, fried dhokla, idli dhokla, gulab jamun and Rasmalai from this outlet. The pav bhaji and kulche chole were good. The pyaaj kachori was average and needs improvement. There are a variety of gift items which are available here.

Good quality vegetarian food is served in the restaurant. quite a well maintained place and is very popular with the people of pitampura and rohini. sweets and chats are also of very good quality though the sweets are expensive. i love the dahi bhallas of this place. the plus point is that there is a good parking area and therefore parking is not a problem most of the time. however the experience with their home delivery is not that good as some times they sent stale food/chat items to us and the customer service was not up to the mark when we complained to them. overall a nice place to have pure vegetarian food.

How terrible, worst customer service never ever seen before.I visited this restauran to celebrate birthday.I ordered on cash counter & got bill. I saw many customers wandered to get their order.Waited after 30-45 minutes.I caught my 2 out of 3 order from counter service. I finished our meal & I was waiting for my pending order.So plz dont go save yor hardearn money.

Packing of sambhar in cheap plastic bowls is very very poor. They charge the charges of packing also but so much thin plastic bowls . While opening these thin bowls sabhar spreads. Not good for bikanerwala goodwill.

I simply dont like this place because it looks like a very old school resturant plus there is not that much variety available.

Its too pricey and quality of food is ok, not that great. Better choose Haldiram over it.

Ambience is okay. Service is average. But food quality is same as other bikanerwala outlets. This particular branch is a good place to buy fresh sweets.

Pathetic service. The worst Bikanervala outlet I have ever Visited. The staff is rude and seemed untrained and unprofessional. They simply lacked the will to work. Also the sweets tasted stale and didnt seem fresh( feedback I got from the people I gifted the sweets to).

The place is well located on Outer Ring Road in Ring Road Mall.I ordered a Deluxe thali but left food their only as there were a lot of flies. Very Poor Hygiene.

The place is undergoing renovations. So there is a little bit inconvenience there.

Food quality has gone very much down. I took chola bhatura, taste of cholas were different, it appears to me that they were not fresh. I also took ras malai, which was served from freez ,not from the rasmalai placed in show casewcase , which was not not fresh. Taste was different. Special ly during lock down their quality has gone down drastically.

Really disappointed. I am shocked that such a reputed brand shop can sell barfi having sugar granules coming in mouth. Actually I have bought 1kg barfi and 1/2 kg rasgullas yesterday for Rakhi but i was shocked that while eating barfi suger crunches are coming which was quite embarrassing in front of guests as if I have bought them from Local Halwai.I will never recommend any one to buy sweet at least on festive season from this branch.

Great food but really poor delivery service. This might be the one of the best bikanervala outlets in terms of food quality and taste. But it seems management has no interest in expanding the business through deliveries. I see a lot of reviews about poor and slow delivery service which is absolutely true but it has been more than 2 years that i have been eating food from here and still no attempts were made to make the delivery service better. I enourage the management to handle the delivery service better so that they are able to handle more order which would make customers happy as well as generate more revenue for the outlet

There fast food is so bad. I had brought a pizza and chowmein these both are of worst taste there is no onion in onion capsicum so cheese is not peoper much tomato ketchup taste like a sweet. In Chomein there is no vegetable and taste like plane noodles. Such a poor restro. For fast food . Fast food stall make better fast food tham them.Sometimes their dosa doest have proper masala.

Waste of money....No customer service and very rude staff.I ordered 2 thalis from swiggy and told the restaurant to pack some cucumbers as sometimes they miss it in salad but the staff of bikanerwala i talked to was so rude and declined to pack extra cucumbers in my order. He said if u were eating here we would have given u cucumbers but we dont send delivery parcels. I was shocked to listen to his rubbish excuse.So bikanerwala ring road mall rohini is a total waste of time and money for food.One must order from some other bikanerwala store but not rohini one because they are the worst in customer service.Not worth even going once.

Today I go to the shop to but snacks. The reception was proper.The delivery boy, who was preparing and packing the snacks was the worst person I have seen in my life. That bastered give me my order in the last of 10-12 customers, I was the first who give slip to him for packing.Now I decided not to visit bikanarvala again.

Today I purchased samosas but sorry to say that the quality of samosa was not good . The crust of the samosa was very thick and the filling was inot upto the mark.
