Avoid doing any business with them , they are unruly, unprofessional & unethical! Once client paid for services, it’s very difficult to catch hold them, they’ll never respond to client queries and disconnect phone calls. They have practice of using client userid and password instead of using CA(Other) I’d to file the return. Avoid sharing password as it’s a serious threat to cyber security & your PII data may get compromised. That too they contact through personal email addresses asking for password and OTP. Just imagine, how professional they’ll be to work on taxes when they don’t do the business ethically and professionally.

Worst customer service. Cant even sum the deposit amount. Mistakenly took the Savings account interest as FD interest. Had to pay ₹400 more because of that. Still didnt apologized for the same. Shamelessly blamed me for not verifying the ITR preview

Frauds, they will chase you untill you pay them, after that they will disappear.
