Charge 499 in advance .i filled the form online to change my name on pan card,but they are returning as required Annexure A.i don;t understand why and still now they are not picking any call and not calling back for any pending work and writing in email if you not send then your application is cancel and money will not refund.

Third class service, I thought online process is the fastest process. And I needed my wifes pancard within 10 to 15 days. So I filled online form on 11 August and paid rs499, sent the all documents with fast currier by paying extra charges, and on 15th August it has been delivered, now 5 days over but I didnt get any acknowledgement no. yet. As they mention that they provide you the acknowledge when they get the documents. So I would request, please give me some update because I need them on urgent basis.

PAN India will charge 300+ rupees and when you will send your document at pan india address. they will put your application on hold with some. please do not use this site for any changes related to PAN Card .

Process is very fast still making the payment only.I think this another worst service than Govt.

Such a fraud they r.... they deducted amt of rs 300 from my card... n after even its been more than 2 months they dont send my card to my home... n now they r making excuses by saying this... ur sign is not in the box n all... such an irrelevant company...they r making fool to pp.... ill complain to costumer court... if they didnt refund me...I dont want to make my pan card by them.

It is a fraud company. It never discloses its charges before the payment option. It charges Rs. 499 for the services which are available for Rs. 107 only. Please do not visit this site. Income Tax Department should take note of it and take action against this fraud company.

Its a fraud website and charges 600 rupees for application of PAN card and doesnt even delivers pan card after that. In response to every google review, they have an automated answer which is just another example of them being fraud. avoid using them for any services.
