First of all no one answers the call if you call them on the number given by them. They took payment from me and promised a good service, spoke alot about how good they are, in the end they stopped answering my calls and did not even complete my GST registration, did not even bother to call back and sort out the queries I had and did not even refund my money. Please avoid this COMPANY. They are Thieves! They are not genuine.

Let me start by saying Ive gotten 3 types of registration from Aapka Consultant. And they are done now. So thats good.Now, they took about 2-2.5 months to get these registrations done. The staff is absolutely slow. Sometimes they done even pickup my phone or reply to my email. In fact, if they need any information from you they will abruptly call you up and possibly wont have enough information to answer you basic questions if you ask them why they need what they need. Lack of clarity in a legal framework could instill anxiety and thats exactly what they put you through. At times the person at the other end of the call was rude (possibly overworked). They say that they work till 6PM but every single time I’ve called they shut shop at 2.I’m not trying to be insensitive and say they should be working all day in these times of an outbreak but they’re catering to an audience who is needs these services now more than ever.Summing this up, they have a no answers for your questions, they don’t have any clue of when anything is going to get done and especially they do not communicate even if you call them. If you end up calling and they pick up your call after you’ve paid them the money, you’re a lucky person.All the best!

No clarity in info required. I asked if electricity bill was mandatory. No clear answer. Even the rent agreement was not verified at their end and got rejected by the website for GST registration. When the job was not done, no feedback provided. Refused to refund money. In the period of lockdown, my money is stuck with them. Wont recommend them to anyone. Lost my hard earned money to them.

I paid for GST registration number on the 8 th of November hoping that I would get my GST number in about a week.Today is 19 November and I have not received anything. Sent a WhatsApp message to these guys to get status update. They said they forgot to file my GST registration and now they will apply for it. Guess I will have to wait another week or so.These guys are non responsive and pretty incompetent. Be careful before ordering.

I have submitted papers for GST registration with them and basically these guys have no idea what they are doing. they assign the work to a local agent and forget why they took so much money in the first place. I have submitted papers for opening a small business at my owned residence and they had no idea whether an NOC is required or not.1 out 5 times they will pick phone and the answer is, that the third party which is assigned for the case will tell the details.Please contact someone else for GST filling and not them.
