Definitely deserves a 7 star rating. Prabodh and his team are excellent. Bought a DTF for my store in Bangalore, it arrived a bit late due to courier problem. We got it Saturday evening. Prabodh himself guided us in installation despite being tired after a long drive back home from exhibition. Also Mr. Srikanth from his team ensured we have done the installation properly. Prabodh again called us on Sunday and made sure we have done the installation properly and the printer is working fine. I waited for 10 days to write this review to ensure everything is functioning smoothly. Im planning a second machine after Diwali for another store.
