Great local family place to have a food.Ribs were pretty nice but the prawns in orange sauce were amazing.I also recommend to try croquettes.For paella you have to order it one day before

Absolutely fantastic paella! Portion for two is huge and is full of seafood (unlike in other places in Nerja). You have to order in advance, but it’s totally worth it. Staff was very kind and welcoming! A top recommendation.

Our first meal in Nerja and we booked it then & these for our last meal too. Such welcoming & decent people wishing there serving excellent quality food as very modest prices. You must book the paella a day in advance - weve booked it for our last night but if the meal weve enjoyed so far is anything to go by, we are in for a treat!

The best seafood restaurant we have been on our 10 day trip to Andalusia. An English speaking waiter was a big plus to start with and everything was great then on. We were suggested different varieties of sea food dishes including the quantity of each. The waiter was even kind enough to tell us that the food we had ordered might be a bit too much for 2 people and offered to half the size of one dish including the price. How nice! The two main course were delicious. The fish was fresh. The environment was really good too with different people walking up to us and asking if wed liked the food. A great experience overall.

Very good food, we went twice just because we wanted to try other restaurants. Best paella de marisco and plenty for two people at a very accesible price ~9e/pers. We also tried calamar a la plancha and ribs with bbq sos, delicious... Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Its a family restaurant, somehow hidden in a very quiet area of ​​the city, not far from the noisy tourist part. Outside the place does not tell you too much. Nothing more wrong! Excellent food, the waiters English it is very good, fast service, friendly atmosphere. I can not wait for the day after tomorrow to eat their famous paella, which should be ordered in advance, preferably the day before (made fresh and need at least an hour and a half to prepare).

Good restaurant, that is visited by the locals. Thats how you know the food works out. The quality of the food is very good, but also large. So when you order a starter, make sure you are committed to finishing the main as well. I had salmon, which came with vegetables and fries for main. The waiter forgot the pepper sauce, but I didnt hold that against him, because the dish was cooked excellent. I also had an onion soup for starters, which really tasted fresh and local.Four stars, for a good reason.

A hidden gem. Very good tapas is only available at the bar, hence the bar seating can get busy at times. Food from the menu is also very good, and good value. This friendly bar is popular with both locals and ex-pats alike.Definitely worth a visit.

One of the better restaurants in Nerja. No spectacular views here, but the food is amazing! Great atmosphere and good prices. Their fresh fish selection is very good, but the Paella tops the list! If you want to try it make sure to order it one day in advance, otherwise it is not possible. Definitely worth it though! Good wines available as well.

Great food and friendly staff - a family placeWe had dinner on Tuesday at Rincón del Sabor, having enjoyed it last year we had agreed to come here again, and we were again glad that we did. My partner calls this place the ‘garage’ restaurant, because its decor reminds him of a garage forecourt, but the food is good, which is very important, so we enjoyed ourselves.We began with Pan con alioli, the alioli here is very garlicy perfect for our taste.I had sopa de pollo, this was a delicious soup, with lots of pollo, zanahoria, apio y papas – very tasty.My partner went for his old faithful: sopa de cebolla – he says it was nice and salty with a lovely bit of toasted bread right in the middle.For mains I had Entrecot de ternera con patatas fritas y verduras salteadas. The veal was cooked as I like it, with lots of juicy blood running through it, yum.My partner had Bacalao Frito with the same accompaniments as me. He says it was delicious, the batter was light and thin, the cod was cooked perfectly and was flaky. He’d certainly have it again.As they make their own desserts here, rather than the ubiquitous ice cream ones served elsewhere my partner was tempted to have a Copa de Café which was a coffee mousse on a biscuit base, the coffee flavour was strong and the moussed light and fluffy. My partner said it wouldn’t do me, a diabetic, any good as he could feel the sugar rush as he digested it, but he loved it.

Bar Sabot is well used by locals who enjoy seafood. Tapas is free at bar with wine or beer. Not a huge selection but it is very good.Prices are cheap as chips and the owner is a gem.

Off the beaten track, really worth searching out I had the ribs and were great, no complaints with food from our group, waiter needs some people skills enjoy

Very low quality paella, very good customer service, but tasteless product, however my partner ordered calamari and they were fresh and good. But not the paella. Too much rice and little flavor. Recommended place but dont order rice.
