Very well planned plots with ample space. Greenary around the premises makes fall in love with the place. No doubt about work progress which is going on. Construction of houses are already started. Amenities with in the premises is yet to start.

Serene and ideal place to those who want their future home out if citys hustles.Price:its price is expensive as of now, but its gonna be appreciated and will be excellent value for Money in near future.Developers: Manyata Developers are well known RE developers in the country.They are very professional.

Superb peaceful yet well connected location for villa. Lots of schools nearby. Easy accessible major IT areas in Bengaluru e.g. Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road. Very close to proposed PRR which will also reduce commute time for out of city destinations via Hosur road, Tumkur Road and Airport.

Friendly staff and marketing team from Manyata. Coming to the location; its in Beautiful landscape and if developed as planned, the project will be one of the best plotted community around Sarjapura. The project has ample open space and its well planned in about 22 acre land parcel. Plenty of open space amenities like parks, jogging tracks, courts, STP etc are planned in the project. The project has got Anekal Release letter and till now has adherered to all approved plans. Already few owners have started house construction and few more plots are available for immediate purchase and registration. L&T, LIC HFL, ICICI, SBI are providing loans for the project. The project will appreciate in price once nearby projects like Godrej 24, Vivansa Auriga, Ferns Gardenia is fully developed (expecting 2yrs). Also there is a plan for Phase 2 and Phase 3 development by Manyata in coming years. The CDP and the layout plan shows a 45 mts road through the layout. Will have to wait and watch if the road will be done. Yes, if its done, the commuting time to Whitefield will be cut short drastically.

Recently brought a plot in Morefields. Good location with less than 2km to sarjapur road and around 11-14km to ecospace and other tech parks nearby. Up and coming neighborhood and adjacent to godrej 24 5 tower project. Very nice place to stay and also expect appreciation over the years.

If you are feeling happy after waking up one morning and thinking to go to visit your dream plot then this is not the place unless you have the patience to bear full of wrong attitude salesman. They freaking don’t care as most of their plots are sold out. And they think they have done a full of favour to you by just spending a minute with you!! I am sure plots has been sold out because of the Manyata brand.

This property is located off Sarjapur road. Manyata owns 500 acres of land parcel in this area. It has entered into development agreement with Godrej for about 53 acres, in phases as is disclosed by Godrej to BSE. Of this 500 acres that Manyata has, it is testing waters on demand for plotted venture and Morefields is the product of that. This project also is planned in phases. In the first phase, 22 acres of land is being developed. The location is about 2.5kms from Sarjapur road. The Godrej project is next to Morefields and would gain traction as Godrejs channel partners have already announced Godrej24 project which is a joint development with Manyata. Further, the other players in area are Ferns Gardenia. Within 5kms area, Prestige has 182 acres of land which is being planned for smart township. There are big names such as Address Makers County Address, Ozone KNS Oasis, Shriram Land etc. Given that major Central Schools and International schools are in vicinity, and the traction being seen in commercial consumption of lands in area, there are good odds to see an uptick in real estate value. As of June19 , 3 months since launch, the project inventory has seen very good churn (demand). Infrastructure is still being developed, and should hopefully come to a good shape by end of year 2020. Civic amenities are bad as of now. Project should yield a good RoI in 4-5 years.
