Very third class builder! I have purchased flat in this project My sky residency before few month only and builder going discontinue all services like security guard, meds, even the builder now fall on very cheap level and going to discontinue common electricity also when I have paid one year advance maintenance. Do not deal with ashapura ever. Very poor experience even he isnt ready to complete amenities which is given on project and now started this types of cheap activity.
