The collection was quite good. I would like to share my experience, we have selected one dress where size is not available at that time but the executive sudhakar helped us to get the size and he called us back to the store, we are impressed with his dedication and passion towards his work. The collection is nice and we loved one lehenga Instagram and it was not available at the store then Mr Naresh brought the lehenga from the ware house and his service was nice Thank u Mr Naresh because I got what I wanted .

Its a nice concept which most of the ladies will like who like to buy saree. A new experience for us after a long time. You have choice to select sarees of different fabrics with matching blouse. The funny part is the saree u can cut based on ur estimated length n will find matching blouse selections to cut with required length.

Worst alternation i experienced, asked them to loose 1/2 inch, made 1 inch tight additionally which waisted my money of 22k. Dress was well in trail and after alternation became worst, worst tailors i ever seen in taruni, It would be much better if you could arrange people who can audible customer suggestions

I bought 2 dress material in kphb branch. Worth 5000 rps ..which they said they have tailor available and they will stich perfectly .I do agreed ..they took tailoring bill also while biling dress material. 800 + 800And finally I was shocked worst stiched with no shapee nothing. Zero marked not at all happy guys ..they damaged loook of material ..I m very disappointed and writing this review

Worst service ever, dont have proper size as well. The sales executive is very lazy in the 2nd floor, as if he is buying us things😂. Get a proper management and then a taruni store.

Worst Experience So far. We usually visit and regular customer to taruni miyapur branch. As it is closed for some renovation visited kukatpally branch. Staff is not interested to show the needed size. When tried to reach the store manager he is busy in chit chat with a lady employee. We waited for him for 5 min and left the shop. If the manager himself is not interested in customer how come the employees take care of customers. Kukatpally branch is no where match to miyapur in terms of service, quality and varieties.

Taruni in kphb was a good shop which used to have good collection. This is a 10-year back story. I visited Taruni in May 2019 and it was nightmare of an experience. Firstly, I was lost when I entered the shop, because no one was there to attend. Next I walk up to two employees who were chatting to ask where are dresses available around the range of 3000 rs. They say that none of that range is available downstairs and send me upstairs. There was another employee there who reluctantly showed me dresses and told that what I wanted would be available downstairs. I came downstairs and the guy was so passively showing the dresses out of my budget ( I asked for around 5k and he showed around 8-9k). Finally I selected some and went to the trial room. The employee assistance there was another problem. She demanded that we give our phones to her. Then she asked me to come out after trying each dress and when I argued, she said it was up to me. I selected two dressed and gave one for alteration. The guy tightened it, when I asked him to loosen it. There was no supervisor or anyone for me to complain or give feedback.

We can find good Collections, and experienced staff. But the main problem is Washroom will be in parking cellar, that too not maintained. Parking is quite congested.Yeah its good to have supportive staff and large number of collections, but at the same time its the minimal responsibility of the management to think from customer perspective to have some basic needs / facilities like water, washroom etc.

I mostly visit the Taruni of KPHB, if you are looking for a variety of dress material with elegance and quality with good variety I would definitely suggest please make a stop in Taruni. Unlike other regular shops in KPHB this shop have designer materials in both party wear and dress material

They said they ll do alteration and took the dress, when i called up for dress, they say its not done and dress is missing .Till time I called up , they are not even bothered to check if they need to deliver it customer. They say parcel is not visible, we will check and no update from them . I brought that with High price and this is the way they behave with customer. Worst behavior form the staff , irresponsible stupids and no respect for the customer. I was on call and they started abusing me among each other.
