Staff was like a dont care attitude, I was waiting in the queue for half an hour for my order and responce from the staff was very rude and never expected that.Missing item from the order, I saw two families are complaining about the items missing from their order.Its running just because of the Brand Value.

One of the worst chicken.. I ever had..Yesterday i bought double down chicken along with red smoky chicken leg and cripsy chicken.. After having those items.. Now i am in hospital situation.Got vomiting, stomach ache, fever and so many full body is in trouble.. Intensional cheating on online ordering not raising invoice. Miss items intensionally, it happens regularly. we have to runback to the counter for any claims. KFC doesnt take any action shame.

BIG NO & Not recommended in Nellore.Its worst experience with KFC (Nellore MGB mall). I ordered Chicken cheese burger meal , 2 burgers without meal , bucket of 4 leg pieces & veg strips. Burger was too worst, veg strips ok ok. Better to go some other rater than kFC.Worst thing is we hv to secure our food from insects. you can find same in attached pics.

Worst and worst experience with Nellores kfc , once I had ordered big 8, chicken was not good as in other kfc I ate and I ordered chicken zinger burger but it was not a burger.....it is something like chicken zinger in between 2thin breads......is that called a burger?🙄 Other kfcs are we are good in taste and this kfc is not at all good in all the segments!!

Ordered10 leg piece bucket instead I received only six leg piece with four breast pieces.For other order I got only fries but no chicken.The pieces were totally roasted ,kids couldnt eat those hard roasted chicken...These people have f---- the taste of KFCFor my previous order I face the problem...And the bleady customer care or number provided is of no use...And the leg pieces are every time black coloured in the mid...I have never seen it in any KFC

I have visited this KFC on 12/8/21 along with my company staff and tasted the chicken over there, im sure that it is not the original KFC chicken ,its a duplicate under the name of KFC, im big fan of KFC and use to eat it frequently in pune, but the taste i got in Nellore KFC is worst i ever seen and the reckless behaviour of their staff was pathetic, better you avoid KFC Nellore its not original.apart from that we ordered legpieces but they served us chicken wings and breast pieces, such a worst experience with nellore kfc,i litterally hated it.

The employees slang is very funny🤪🤪. The management is not maintaining it well. The glass walls are always dirty with multiple smudges. Though the cooking time takes bit long we dont mind, but it should be cooked properly. The employees must be from kapatipalem.

Place is very nice and food is awesome but queue is there for order even after that you have to wait for a long time to receive your order otherwise place is very nice and crowds are descent here they accept credit cards and debit cards payment as well.

Cashier was good, but the inside team got me ready the items to sit-eat when I clearly ordered for take away and the same was mentioned in their bill too. So the waiting time had become long as they again took extra time to pack a takeaway.The worst part is they took 200 rupees more from their listing price and when I asked the same, the cashier said the prices are increased.However, the same was mentioned in the bill.Besides, no proper packing for drinks, so they promised 1 ltr bottle but in the delivery pack they only have added 500 ml.Overall, food was delicious but service is not really upto mark.

I believe that KFC follow standards making food and I love the food, However in COVID KFC Nellore not following proper safty measures. SAFTY signs only on walls, Nothing in implementation, I questioned manager about people are standing in front of counter without que, and no one taking orders which causing further croud to add. MANAGER not try to control the croud who are standing ideay, and his responce was not good..

The ambience of the place ia not that great. The chicken felt a bit stale, but then again, there is no other kfc around as per my knowledge. Also, water leaks everywhere when it rains. So i guess we have no choice. I travel 60km to have kfc at this place btw. Better get chicken here as a takeaway rather than eat here.

Visited sometime back. For a person who loves KFC burgers, it was a huge letdown.1. The restaurant has a strange smell inside that Ive not found across any other KFC that Ive visited.2. The taste of all chicken items especially the burgers are strange. Either they use previous day(s) products or just something wrong in some other part of it.3.The food here just doesnt taste like the items across any other KFC place and not in a good way.
