Good customer service I purchase laptop they have a good price

Very fraud and irresponsible service center in Nellore city. I went to this service center with a complaint of Power On/Off button for my Dell Laptop. At the time of delivery, I have asked for the old spare part of the power button. They have told that, the spare is a small button that we can not keep. Then I asked for the bill for the spare part, they told the story of GST and also told that, they can not give the bill for spare. After arguing for some time, they have given a piece of paper (photo attached) which is useless. Finally I am doubting that, with out changing the spare they have robbed for the spare part. My sincere advice is dont prefer such a worst service center .

Very bad response from owner and sales person.....this guys are very angry if u ask product details and price. They will speak unnecessary and unparlmentry language with customers.

Very worst and fraud service center dont attempt service at this center.

Strictly rates, dont anymore asked free gifts or articles.

Recently we buyed one mouspad its damaged whenever we ask for exchange they didnt given response Plz dont buy anything & save your money

They changed my laptop mother board i filed complaint in police station..they slapped them and ..waiting for refund

Please dont beleive that this shop is good in service or in taking any responce never buy anything in this shop before you go contact me
