This is one of the worst worst services i ever had, i was trying to reach the numbers mentioned in the online none of the DTDC centers are responding :( . i had sent baby( one year old baby) food from USA to Bangalore and i asked my friend to sent those boxes through courier from Bangalore to Nellore. My friend has sent thru DTDC Bangalore on 11th October and todays date is 17th October still it is not delivered, online status is showing recieved at Nellore Super Franchisee from 13th October and no status update after that. I need again 10 more days to send the same food from USA and i dont know what to do.I hope this should reach to the concern team for better improvement.Please guys dont go to the DTDC services, i have given one start because that is mandatory to post the review.
